Looking for two Thermador hinges part # 00488417
Any help would be appreciated

I am working on a Whirlpool WFW8400TW02. HLW 19 Initially I found long drain errors stored and the pump not running looking for power to it I found open neutral feed diagnosed CCU failure pump ohm’s 14 door also locked. Replaced ccu door remains locked no errors pump ran breifly with new ccu unplugged mi3 connector still no errors shown door locks no motor function throughout after , I replaced two ccu boards still same has anyone seen this?
Lock ohm’s 60 both ways
Interlock SW is closed
Pump 13 ohms
Polarity correct
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Condenser fan cycling on and off every 10 seconds. everything else is working fine.

Found this unit needing a new rear bearing, but cost of the repair exceeds the value of the unit. Does this happen to anyone else? The parts are expensive and I don’t do many of them due to this happening.

We have a different problem with this washer
According the customer explanation it happens once in 6-7 cycles.
At 26 minutes before the cycle ends display shows code UL(unbalance load),
but the unit is still running ,the customer hears some loud clicks,at the same time unit
starts filling with water ,it fills over the edge of the tub .
If you press “Stop”,to continue the cycle after that you have to choose “Rinse and Spin”
only .If anyone has an experience with this problem please let me know .

Customer says that sometimes, not every time, the washer will not spin with a heavy load, such as a load of wet towels. Any thoughts that you may have as to what the problem may be will be much appreciated. Many thanks.

No spin. Machine will inconsistently go into high speed spin. It will
work 3 times in a row then start out with a slow spin and stop. I’m getting an actuator to install
tomorrow. This is the first one I’ve had with a spin issue.
Looking for any insight that someone could share.

This unit is not reaching pre heat or even maintaining any temperatures. Checked all the heating components and they are fine. Got to main relay board and found it bad, cannot find it in stock through my vendors, do you guys have it?

This unit is stopping in the middle of it’s wash cycle with an “ee” error code. Any ideas on what it is before I get there to diagnose?

I got there and found the evaporator motor bad. I also found what appears to be a bad temp sensor. Do you have information on both for me?

One of our guys has this unit that isn’t starting. He took it apart to diagnose and said he found the noise filter bad. I don’t think I’ve ever replaced one and then couldn’t find it when I did the lookup for him. Anybody have a few minutes to help me on this?

I think this needs a new pump, found the part number as 4681EA2001T. Can someone just confirm that for me?

I went to a customers service call last week. They had a Whirlpool refrigerator and I’m checking it out and see this.
Serial tag says R134A, but on back I found sticker stating flammable refrigerant.
Can somebody explain this?

Washer intermitantly will not spin. I replaced the drain pump two weeks ago and it has been working fine till now. I had the customer run the washer and then do a cancel and the water drained right out so I;m not thinking drain pump.. I’m thinking MCU. If I run diagnostics and get a high speed spin is that indicative of a good CCU and motor? Customer states there are no error codes that showed up. I will check ohms of the motor and check the door switch. Any ideas would be appreciated. I looked up the tech sheet in the library and I’m sure it is still in the machine as well.

I have a General Electric microwave oven and a security code was added that we forgot, anyway to clear it ? Thanks in advance

I replaced the touchpad initially thinking that was it, but still happening. Now I’m realizing it’s the main control board and my own guys suggested maybe a case sensor. Do you have the part information on both?

I got this torn apart and it seems like the rotor assembly is the main issue here. I don’t do many of them, but was hoping someone there had time to shoot me the necessary information over while I’m here. Didn’t find a repair video but think I can handle it without.

I checked everything out and this unit needs a new icemaker. Anyone have time to do a quick lookup for me? I’ll need to order it asap to get this done. Appreciate it.

I found this unit in need of a new pcb main and user interface. Problem is, I can’t find the parts available anywhere, thought maybe you’d have better luck.

last april defrost timer was replace for defrost reason drain problem did not start to about a month ago every week since drain keeps freezing causing evaporator motor not to run do to ice build up tried pitching refer back a little bit did not help

From the question before on the combo I replace computer no timer and it is getting cold water

This is a washer dryer combo it washes but when it goes into rinse it just drains and spins

Pretty sure this is a rear bearing, but the customer is opting to replace the unit because it’s too costly. Do you know of anyway to get it cheaper?

A couple of weeks ago I replaced the condenser motor and fan blade on this unit. A week later the there is a knocking noise from the compressor area. I gave the compressor a light shake and you can feel the motor hitting the sides in the compressor. I assume there is nothing that can be done short of a new compressor. The question I have is how long the unit will last. Thanks,
