The leak is coming from the water valve into the fridge. I tested the valve: 185 ohms. I also tested it mechanically thinking it would stay open but it didnt. Could this issue be with the ice maker or mainboard. I dont know how common this fail is with this refrigerator.

Freezer section is at room temp. The condenser fan is running, the evaporator fan is not. The door switches are working. Im not sure about the defrost timer. I turned it over about 5 times and nothing happened. There is no tech sheet. Can the timer or terminator stop the compressor from running?

What are the reasons the capacitor keeps blowing? And how do you test them? The motor runs, the agitator moves freely and so does the drum. The drain pump is clear.

The refrigerator does not cool consistently. Customer stated they’ve been having power surges. The refrigerator seems to cool and work for a couple hours then shuts off, will get to 65 in the refrigerator, then will starts working again. Food spoils. Customer unplugged unit for a while and plugged back in. Damper is open can feel air flow, fan is working. Tested thermistor 11.15 k ohms, How do we test the control board, and what should the thermistor be testing at?

Hello,
My load began washing, and during the wash cycle, maybe 5 minutes in, the E3 Code went off. Now my washer is full of water, and I can’t get it to go past this error code.
Is there a way to make it drain without the lid closed? My washer is full of water and won’t do anything because it thinks the lid is open.
I watched your video on how to change the switch, but I don’t want to let water sit in my washer for a week until the part comes in.
Is there a way to override the system so I can at least drain the water?

Thank you,
Rachel

Does this unit have a heat exchanger?

My technician said he needs this part due to a Freon restriction. We are not finding a picture on the parts diagram.

My tech said its a capillary tube running from the evaporator that is likely restricted. He was working on a sealed system repair, replacing the compressor and evaporator today.

Please let me know the part number that would be needed.

Hello, I have a Speed Queen washing and drying unit that I want to maintain and I would like you to send me the maintenance and repair manuals for the washing machine Model: AFN50FSP111TW01 Serial: 1201004722

I also want to tell you that in the previous question, I was wrong, the model and serial number of the dryer, the correct one is the one that comes in the text box, I hope you can help me with this, I already have the newer dryer and it is one with which I also count, since you gave me an answer in previous dates.

The dispenser pump motor runs but it’s not measuring and adding the soap.
The blue soap dispenser is in it’s proper place. How do I check if the dispenser pump is pumping?
I’m referring to the w10842325 dispenser and pump assembly.
Could the hoses be clogged?
Please explain In as much detail as you can.
I notice when i run the diagnostics that though that small pump motor runs it doesn’t turn on the water valve. I suppose that the water it pumps into the dispenser comes through the mixing valve.

In the diagnostics mode the washer in the spin test, the clutch engages ok but the motor does not work. In the agitate test the washer fills but the motor does not work.
I can hear a momentary relay on the board and the motor seems to try to energize for less than 1 second, but nothing else.

Hello, I have a speed queen dryer model ADGE9BGS113TW01, serial number 1612045509, with the problem that it does not heat up.

It doesn’t show any code on the front panel.

I already checked the thermostat, it gave me 4400 amps, so I changed it for a new one and it still doesn’t heat up.

You can help me to know what else you can have.

Board is flashing 4 times which says it is a locked compressor, the tech tested the 3 leads on the compressor, they all tested 12 ohms each. He tested them to ground and that passed. Control board has 3 wires going to the compressor, each wire to ground test 125 volts dc. Is this AC voltage that goes to the compressor or DC. Is it the compressor that has failed, or the board?

Could a faulty UI cause the main control board to short circuit and fry?

My technician replaced a faulty control board and pressed the start button to go into service mode – the board was immediately fried, only after pressing the start function.

I’m reaching out on this one because I’ve already lost two control boards for this repair. šŸ™

Hello, I have a Speed Queen AFNE9BSP113TW01 washing machine, which is presenting me with the P5 error code, this appears after having changed the Mixing Valve. Could you tell me if this is connected and what do you recommend I do?

I followed the instructions in the Video on your page for the Speed Queen AFNE9BSP116TW13 washing machine, because I did not find the specific video for my washing machine.

Hi,

The refrigerator is cooling but the freezer is not reaching the correct temperature (cooling but not freezing). There is ice build up on the right side of the evaporator coil (not on the evaporator itself). Both fans are running (condenser and evaporator).

To whom it may concern,
I have a whirlpool WRF757SDEM refrigerator that recently has a loud noise coming that appears to be coming from the top section. Last year I replaced the evaporator fan and thermostat as the unit has frozen up and stopped cooling. After that fan was replaced the unit was very quit and running normally.
Recently ( past 3 days) it has gotten very loud at times with a slight vibration. At times, the sound is very loud, but then it gets quieter; almost to normal levels.
The top unit is cold and maintains temperature, there isn’t any issue making ice and everything is cold and frozen in the freezer.
I am wondering if its an issue with the evaporator fan and if that needs to be replaced again.
Any and all assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Kindest regards,
Kris
