Unit drains fine starts to spin but never reaches high speed

Hi. My name is Joe. I am trying to trouble shoot a problem with my above mentioned refrigerator. I touched the water dispenser button to switch it from ice and the blue leds went black. I then tried all the other buttons and no matter what buttons I depress the small display lights up with blue diagonal lines across it. I believe at that time the refrigerator was still operating because I left it for 24 hrs before I started to try to diagnose the issue the first thing I did was to power down the unit for a few minutes the powered it back up. When that didn’t work I left the unit again for about 12 hrs and then we noticed that it was no longer cooling or freezing. I checked the interface board for power and I have 12vdc on two different sets of wires. I just want to confirmation that this interface board is my issue because it’s not returnable

Cant seem to have this ice maker working replaced all common parts. Any suggestions.? Thanks

I am working on a subzero refrig. Model# BI-36U/S/TH
The unit was warming up and found the condenser fan not running.
I had power to fan motor, so I ordered a new fan motor and went to install
It but the new one did not work. But I am getting 110v to fan.
Could it be the main control board causing the issue possibly ?

What would case the high limit thermostat to stop working?
The dryer is a little over 1 year old.

I’ve tested the heating element and thermostat. Both test ok. Not sure what else to try besides replacing the control board.

it doesn’t make ice . do you have a video, how to know if the ice level control board is good.

My Lg A/C is very loud when its running.
