Replaced the terminal block and now the dryer will run for 10 seconds or so then shut off. Will restart in roughly 10 min. I am thinking motor, what may be some other suggestions? All power and wires are good.

Need to replace the touch pad control for the water/ice dispenser. If anyone has a diagnostic manual that you would be willing to send me, I would appreciate it. Thank you.

The washer shakes pretty violently at the beginning of the spin cycle with clothes in it. Neither sock is broken, none of the block counter balancing pieces are broke or missing, and the springs look good. If you hold the outer tub assembly it will get up to full speed, but vibrates pretty bad. Any ideas? Is there a balanced ring on this unit like some Samsung washers have?

I’m having a tough time putting this ice maker in harvest to test operations, and also the ohm reading on the manufacturers literature doesn’t seem realistic for the ice maker motor, so I’m left scratching my head as to whether I really have a bad ice maker or if I’m not actually troubleshooting it right. Please help! I’m a 13 year experienced A/C tech, but appliances are fairly new to me. Thank you.

This is an upright freezer only. I recently replaced the non-working evaporator fan motor with a new OEM motor. I placed a data logger in the freezer for 3 days. Temperatures in the top are averaging 30 degrees and the bottom shelf zero. Complaint is food is soft on the top shelf. The frost pattern on evaporator was good. The freezer is loaded up pretty full but it appears to me that there is adequate space for air to flow. One thing I noticed was when I would pull the evaporator wall forward the evaporator motor fan motor sounded like it would speed up. I’m not sure is this is just because I could then hear the fan better or if it was actually speeding up due to less restricted air flow. There was door seal problem as well but this was corrected before I placed the data logger in place and the seal is good. The cold control is set on #5 which is colder than the customer normally had to set it. I was wondering if I need to replace the cold control or if the evap motor is possibly spinning to slow. Thank you for any advice.

Good morning , I have a customer with a GE refrigerator. The issue is that the temps in both the freezer and refrigerator are way above normal. I found that the compressor is running at the low speed. When unplugged and then plugged back in, the compressor starts out in high speed and then quickly drops to the lower speed. I have changed out main control with one from truck stock. Same issue. I am assuming that the inverter is good as it is starting the compressor. My question is, what controls the speed of the compressor other than the inverter. Where is the inverter getting the signal from? I have ruled out a thermister as both sides are warm. One other thing to mention…the refrigerator evaporator fan only runs with the door open and frost patterns on both evaporators are not complete.
Any thoughts on this issue? Has anyone else run into this problem? thanks in advance for any help.

Hi thanks for your video on how to replace my ice maker it worked great. However my ice maker still does not make ice. It seems to cycle one time and then quit. So if I reset it it may make one tray and that’s all. Same results with the old ice maker I replaced. Any ideas?

Have a customer with a Frigidaire SxS .
Lights are on but its not cooling/running.
Order power board ( 5304498781 ) and install same, mounts under freezer side.
New board completely dead, no lights or anything else.
reinstall old, lights come on ok.
Picked up 2nd new board, install and same thing completely dead.
No instruction with board, but none were needed on previous jobs, pretty easy repair.
Reinstall original part, box started working.
Customer called this AM and said lights on but not cooling.
Any one had problems with this power board. Thanks in advance

Had a whirlpool dryer , ( LINT FILTER ON TOP ) last week, customer complained very noisy and walks on floor.
Found blower wheel shattered, about 10 pieces up to 2 feet into vent tube.
Order part, ( more expensive wheel) return to home and pull drum to lock shaft tand remove and install new blower.
The motor has a 2nd idler shaft next left of the main shaft and a pulley system between them
which looked like it increased the blower wheel rpm. My guess, over 3000 rpm
They also decreased the lint filter chute port to about 1/2 of original size.
Outlet airflow pressure seemed higher velocity, probably designed for lower volume, higher pressure or something..
Changed the blower and found dryer had originally run long enough to also overheat the
element making it sag and short to frame. This caused temp to rise and kick off the
small thermal fuse ( 3392519 ).
Dryer is much noisier design then the original version and I was wondering if this is
a test version or have they switched designs. Any input is greatly appreciated

We have a Whirlpool refrigerator that the water line is freezing in the freezer door.
The freezer temp is fine. This customer has had this problem from new.
Normally she would leave the dispenser light on during the day and when they got home at nite it was fine.
Is there a kit that I’m not aware of?
Any and all help suggestions would sure be appreciated.
Thanks in advance Ben
