Repair Help

I’m getting an error code on my oven display that I looked up and it says it’s for the probe? But my husband checked it and it is working properly. So what do we do now? I don’t want to replace it anyway if it’s fine.

Is this my thermostat causing problems or maybe the control? I need to get this going for the holiday. Would appreciate some help.

My dryer is making this weird ticking noise and not starting. What is that?

Our dishwasher hasn’t been very effective, and I thought it was a bad chopper assembly, so I changed that out, but it’s still not working as well as I’d like. What else can I check?

My washing machine is making a horrible loud & grinding noise through the the rinse and spin cycles and I’m not sure where we should even begin to find out what’s wrong. I watched a few videos but none of the noises sounded similar and I’m not sure what to look for. Thanks in advance for any help with this.

I was washing a load of clothes today and my washer started making an extreamly loud clicking noise but it is only making this noise while the drum is spinning the faster it spins the louder it get please help!!

I watched your video on MTW6700TQ1 , but I am unable to remove the tub even with 2 people it is lodged on there good. Do you have any recommendations on another way to get this out? Would it be easier if I tipped the washer onto its side and tried to pull it out?

Can disposals be repaired or do I need to have the entire thing replaced? I’m not sure if it’s something major or not.

It runs for a time but then quits and won’t heat up again til I reset it. It’s not my fuse panel, but that fuse behind the drum. I need to have this working again immediately. please help me.

The washer was leaking water due to pressure value at the drain pump came off. I put it back on and now it has no leak, it drains water but it will not spin or tumble, it got LR error. How do I do further diangostic on this ? Where do I get the diangostic TECH SHEET ? Is the reset button or circuit breaker need to be reset in the washer ? Please help

I have checked belt slippage/alignment and the belt switch (as was the problem above) and they both appear fine.

Any suggestions on what I should do next? BTW, I don’t have a multimeter so testing and diagnostics are as not easy as they could be.

Freezer seems to be working fine but everything in my fridge is frosting up and freezing no matter what temperature setting I put it on. What is going on?

Could it be something stuck in dishwasher? Not quite sure how to access mine and clear anything out.

My gas stove has three smaller burners and one large, hotter burner on the front right side (in my house, next to the wall). Can the large burner be moved to the front left side, next to the counter, where I would use it more easily?

How to get smooth top off to change out element

My ice wouldn’t come out so I aimed my hair dryer up the despencing hole in the front. Held the rubber black flap up with a wooden spoon and I think I knocked it out of what ever holds it in place because it won’t work now and you can move the piece up and down. how do I get that put back in the slots>

the oven comes on, and eventually heats, but seems to constantly re-ignite. the heat element stays on, but the gas flow seems to stop then come back causing a re-ignition of flame. It does longer than it should to reach temp and then has difficulty maintaining.

washer not starting.
i checked:
1. Breaker
2. Lid lock
3. Power outlet
ALL is in tact and working
I did the LRLRRRLR to put it in diagnostic mode but never got any lights on or even blinking

igniter working, flame working then going out after few minutes. put in new coils, still same problem! is there a way to check the valve itself? or could it be the heat sensor? thanks

how to test the shift actuator from the control board

I just replaced the upper bearing arm (thanks to your video). However, now I have a rubbing noise? Any suggestions?

dryer is drying But it seem like the heating Element stays on. I have taken it apart and seen the one of the elements is burned out. So now that i am waiting for the part is there anything else that would cause that element to stay on..

The microwave / convection oven was purchased new in 2011. Everything works properly as far as heating and turning are concerned. However – when it is OFF and the door is closed it hums. The display works, the thermal cut-off is good, the magnetron gives a good reading – the transformer gives me 120v across and the capacitor tests ok. The door switch shuts off when opened. This happened once before – I replaced the magnetron but it did not change anything. I put the old magnetron back in and for some reason a few days later it started working and has worked for about a year – until a few days ago when it started the same symptom. I still have the replacement magnetron which I have swapped out, but the result is the same. I have been unable to find anything on the web with the same symptom – there is no grind and the turntable works great. As long as we leave the door open when it is off there is no problem, and when we put food in and turn it on it works properly. We are just afraid if we leave the door closed something will catch fire.

My refrigerator has twice leaked water in perhaps 1-2 months’ time, and each time it is just a small leak, perhaps 4-6 ounces each time. Would this be indicative of a frozen/plugged drain? I’d like to know that I’m going in the right direction before beginning the process shown in your video.

After speaking with the Kenmore service and parts department, they concluded that my gas valve to bake was either clogged or broken since the broiler element works and we didn’t smell gas when we tried to use the bake control. I didn’t find a video on how to replace or clean the gas valve. We got down to the valve but don’t know where to go from there. Do we access it from the back to replace it or do it from the oven? Do you have a video
