i have top load washer shaking very bad bottom boltmis tight no shipping bolts in tub seems tight on samsungs they bounce if dampers bad not sure whats left to check do u think dampers could be bad if no bounce when pushed down

how to get to the gas burner

The board thats on it allows the unit to heat on in “air dry” mode and the dryer on other setting has runaway temp. All fuses check good, heater not grounded, power good. So replaced the control board and it wouldnt attempt to run, just threw the f-01 error, the old board allows it run but like i said, it overheats and it will heat on air dry also. Bad board?

coil will not open, where am I losing voltage . do you have a wiring diagram?

the unit will not agitate or spin.
I tried to turn it by hand.
it will not move at all any direction

I am getting power to the outlet but nothing to the microwave

I need the kit number to this model for the condensation problem and is there a list of all models with this type of issue

  I am the 3rd repair company to try to fix the issue of a dead user interface on the GE front load washer. The second company changed the user interface and the display was still dead. Why is the user interface dead?

The unit stopped in middle of the cycle there is water in the tub . when I try to out it back back I get like a a flashing pattern of a 00 and when I put it in to test mode all I get is a flashing 8C 06
please advise

I see that the belt is broken.
however when I push the start button it will only run as long as I holding it down .
the door switch is good.
but I’d I let go of the the start button it stops running

when we push the ice button on the door.
the flap will open but will not dispense any ice . I tried to turn the auger by hand by I can not move it. evan with a pillars I was not able to turn it.

Dryer shuts off during high heat cycle after about 10 minutes, will run on low heat just fine. The dryer will start back up immediately after it shuts itself off. I replaced the motor in this dryer a little over a year ago, to me this sounds like a motor issue, but a little confused as to why it runs on the low temp cycle. Run with the vent off as well and same results as before. Any ideas or suggestions?

I’m trying to get into programming mode but while the display lights up, it doesn’t go to PE0000. Think the main board is bad but not sure.

I wrote in yesterday and received some links to tech sheets, on this unit. However, I don’t see that these cover how to get reversing valve into the “home” position. The sealed system has a leak and i’m trying to find it. I have one side charged, which is holding pressure, now but I don’t know which side it is. Please advise

Recently, we experienced some frost buildup on the door of the freezer as the door did not close completely. Soon after that incident, our icemaker has not worked correctly.
