Repair Help

This unit was acting up and I reset the board. It seems to be working fine now. But just in case it fails again, can I get the part information from you?

I narrowed this down to an inverter board but now can’t get the model breakdown to come up. Any chance you guys can send it over to me, or the board part number?

Customer out of California is running across a lot of Samsung washers (top and front loaders) and getting a lot unbalanced loads and a lot of tubs bouncing around. Beyond overloading, is there any common problem we are seeing out there that is causing unbalanced loads and tubs to bounce around?

I am working on a Fisher Paykel Dishwasher – Double Draw unit model# DD602I
This unit’s draws do not have the tabs on the side of the draw to “push” and remove draw to access the overflow sensor and/or grab the service tech sheet in the back inside of the unit.
Looking for the tech sheet for F/P DD602I ? I have the one for the DD603? If they are the same I will use it, but I believe they are different.

I have a a 48″ Jenn-air range ; customer complain that main oven flame was sputtering and shut off. They started smelling gas he called gas company they came out and said he had a gas leak. I went out and order a regulator. Replaced regulator unit still does the same thing all other burners are Ok could it be the safety valve?

It seems as though the freezer light switch is bad due to ice build up around it, causing the door alarm. Will I need to replace the entire switch assembly?

It worked for one day and now giving code again. Any ideas?

I think this is the sump assembly but am having an incredibly hard time tracking it down. Would appreciate some help!

I think this is the hot and cold solenoids but I can’t find the parts for them. Hoping you can get them for me. Only do a couple of these each year .

I think I figured this out as needing an inlet valve, but have been unable to find it in the parts breakdown. Any help?

Samsung front load washer 8 yrs old not fully draining and not spinning

I think it needs the entire filter housing assembly, it’s cracked at one point and seems to not be sitting in it’s case correctly. Do you guys have the part information there?

This fridge was originally a no cool situation which was diagnosed needing an inverter pcb. We ordered it and the main pcb to be safe after finding some burn marks on the old inverter. We’ve installed both boards and the unit is still not working. We’re now going to try the thermostat to ee if we can get it going, but what would you suggest?

Seems to be cycling correctly per the customer but not getting detergent in. Any thoughts?

Have taken it apart already and found the drive motor bad. Can’t find the lookup and figured you’d have it.

Pretty sure it’s the evaporator fan motor but can’t find any information on it. Hoping you have it there.

The ice and water dispenser buttons are stuck and not working, do I have to replace them individually? Haven’t got it apart yet to see if maybe it’s all one assembly I can order.
