I need a service manual. I tried a service test holding power heavy and delicate and it displayed 15. My old manual only shows codes by less. Is it in flood mode? Maybe the sensor in the bottom? What does this sound like?

Tested element, reads good. Replaced control panel and main relay still no go? Tested heater connection on relay so means thermal fuse and wiring is fine, outlet a good 123v..? Goes through normal hour cycle but doesn’t dry..

The customer showed me a video that sounded like the pump running with the door open. She said that it shows an error code often of 10 and last time it showed 30.
Where is the tech sheet hidden? I couldn’t find it behind the door panel or behind the toe plate.
I need a copy of it and the error codes and videos.

At first it was draining while it was filling. Then after ordering the drain valve and pump it began working OK for a few months. Then the customer called back and said it wasn’t cleaning well again. I found it was out of position and tilted forward and I leveled it up. Now it is not cleaning well and the tech sheet was in the customers records and can’t be located. I need so pointers on this one. It is as hard a Bosh DW.

The Door switch is good and if I unplug the interface then plug it back in it will clear for 15 second but still won’t respont to any commands. The power has been turned off for several minutes and makes no difference.

The tech sheet does not show any error codes. Do the 3 blinking led’s mean any thing. IF so , what?
Is there a manual for this.

I need to replace my waterwall vane motor and have ordered the motor (part number DD31-00013B). I watched the video on how to remove the motion assembly and waterwall but I’m not sure how to remove the old motor and install the new one. Does the old motor drive pin just slide out and then just slide the new motor in or is there a seal i need to replace?

I have a dishwasher that powers on and when you hit start it counts down lines go across the screen it sits for around 1 min and powers down any thoughts?

filling and draining at same time. leaking on floor

Water in unit not getting heated and not drying dishes, element not coming on.

I recently removed the pump and motor assembly from this dishwasher. Anyways the pump assembly that we got was the wrong one. Now I have the correct one but I don’t remember how to put the wires back properly. They all seem to have I think either two or three pin connections.
Can you provide me with a wire diagram, or something to help me put this pump assembly back without screwing it up. Thank you very much appreciate it

Customer complains that his dishwasher Silverware rack dosnt dry at all, but the rest is dry???

motor dose not stay on for full agitation for cleaning dishes or dissolve detergent.

A while back the dishwasher would not start. The START button would flash and the indicator light flashes amber. It also beeps three times waits for a while and beeps three more times. This repeats over and over.

My dishes are still wet after the drying cycle.
What else we need to check to identify symptoms

DOOR SWITCH IS GOOD. DO YOU HAVE ANY SERVICE INFORMATION ON THIS DISHWASHER IT POWERS UP WONT START. DO YOU HAVE A SCHEMATIC ON THIS MODEL. OR COULD YOU TELL ME HOW TO PUT IT IN THE SERVICE MODE TO SEE ANY FAULT CODES. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP.

Water is splashing through the vent hole in the seal at the left side of the bottom. I replaced the seal. That didn’t stop the leak.
I tilted the dishwasher toward the back and that didn’t stop the leak.
What is causing this? Is this an issue with this model?
What is the solution?

it takes a few minutes for it to start working.
and then it will only dispense water it will not drain and the water will leak from the bottom of the door.
i did check the drain and line they are both good

The dishwasher overfills and goes into the drain pan causing the E15 error. I cannot find a float switch that regulates how much water fills the dishwasher. What do I change to cause it to fill normally?

GE Profile dishwasher about 9 years old. The keypad is not lighting up or responding to the basic wash cycles. Heat Dry and Normal are the only lights that work on the keypad.

Appliance has been unplugged and elect outlet checked. Thoughts?
