My Maytag refrigerator has ice built up in the freezer section.

My Sub-Zero refrigerator is not cooling in the fresh food section.

My Samsung refrigerator will not quit beeping.

I CLEANED THE COILS TO THE BEST OF MY ABILITIES, BUT THEY WERE HARD TO GET TO. I MANUALY OPENED THE AIR DIFFUSER, AND CHECKED THE EVAP. THE EVAP HAD A CONCENTRATION OF ICE BUILD UP IN ONE AREA, BUT EVEN IN ALL OTHER AREAS. THE FANS ARE BOTH RUNNING FINE AS WELL AS THE COMPRESSOR. WHEN I LEFT I COULD ONLY GET THE FRIDGE TO 48 AND THE FREEZER TO 20, BUT THE UNIT WAS EMPTY AND ROOM TEMP WAS ABOUT 80. YOUR THOUGHTS? THANKS, TODD FROM NY.

I have a French door whirlpool fridge that the freezer is not cooling at all. Fresh food section is fine. There is no frost on the evaporator coil. Compressor is running to cool fresh food section.

My Whirlpool refrigerator is not cooling in the fresh food area.

The unit was freezing at the bottom and not cooling properly.

I have multiple issues with this refrigerator. The unit is frosting and not cooling and the ice maker is not working. The display has three error codes. Do you have any repair videos on this model ? Thanks in advance….

WHEN I GET IN FRONT OF THE UNIT I WILL CLEAN THE CONDENSER COILS, THEN I WOULD LIKE TO LOOK AT THE EVAPORTOR, BUT I DO NOT KNOW EXACTLY WHERE IT IS LOCATED. THREE QUESTIONS, AM I ON THE RIGHT TRACK WITH THE DIAGNOSIS, IS THERE MORE THAN ONE EVAPORATOR, AND IF YOU HAD TO GUESS, WHAT IS THE MOST COMMON NOT COOLING PROBLEM WITH THE KITCHENID FRIGES. THANKS. Cannot find service info on box. I think the last guy who worked on it took it. Still don’t understand why they would. O,well.

Have a customer with Samsung refrigerator issue had moved from one address to another on arrival ice doesn’t dispense through door anymore when lever press, customer said don’t know if the doors was removed during the move. trying to obtain some inform prior to job.

Found a lot of frost on the food inside the refrigerator. The fans an compressor seem to be coming on, temps are reading correct, and I’m not finding any mechanical/electrical issues. Am I missing something or is it just a fluke? Charged a service call and told the customer to monitor and let me know.

We could really use some help on this unit.The icemaker is not working.
We can start the icemaker, it will cycle and fill. we leave it on MAX ICE. After a day it will dump 3 cubes. We have replaced the icemaker and removed the water filter and installed a bypass plug.
What are we missing?

Samsung fridge that has been freezing up where the air comes out by the twin cooling system in the back. Then the fridge will not keep temperature and we have to turn off the fridge and then turn back on to get it to work again.

Things freeze intermittently on the refrigerator side. We have looked upper and even quick cool dampers, all function and look ok. I know the thermistors and control are a possibility, question is has anyone specifically run into this situation for this model and what did you do about it.

I am looking for fault or error codes for the models below. Thanks in advance for your help

It seems like the icemaker fill tube may have shrunk a 1/4 inch is that possible?
The icemaker fills and works okay but at the end of fill a few drop drip into freezer shelf,
Then the top auger gets ice on it and builds up high enoungh to block flex tray movement.

Apparently this unit is out of warranty, but the customer stated they called whirlpool and that they are sending them the drain kit for us to replace. Have you guys been doing these? Wondered if I should be keeping an eye out for more.

After finally getting the evaporator defrosted I found it needing a heater. My guys don’t stock it. Do you? Would need it right away. Appreciate you being available on a Sunday to help a few of us out in the field.

Found this unit needing a new defrost system but don’t have a vendor with a decent lookup, somebody there have time to send me the part information? Need to return tomorrow or Tuesday with it. Thanks.
