I have a washer that won’t wash or spin, everything else seems to work, has what I believe are error codes 5, 29, 1, 41, 5, 3, 5, but have no technical data to explain what these are about.

The drum will spin by itself, but can easily be stopped. It will not spin clothes dry on heavier loads and medium loads. What would be causing it to spin but not spin clothes dry? I would think this is a thrust bearing but it looks like it does not have one.

The washer will sense, wash, rinse and drain. It either does not spin or does not spin enough to wring out clothes. It will unlock on Spin mode and Done light does not go on. Lock light blinks with clothes in it after draining and trying to spin. A appliance repair man said it needs a new computer board. Is this accurate? Could it be a different part that is needed?

This washer machine does not power on any more. I would like to know what parts besides the PCB main board would help solve this problem. Please provide part numbers and diagram of the washer. Does this washer have a noise filter that can solve this problem. Any advice would be help full. They only thing tried was changing the power cord which worked for a few washes before no longer powering on. This is a Samsung washer.

I’ve tried reseting by lifting the lid 6 times. motor led is a steady 1 flash per second. I did replace the board with an amazon purchased board and it was the same result. If you open the following link, that is the noise being made during agitation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WvDDGzhkHu0 . I have removed the Rotor motor and found that at some point, a small amount of water made it’s way to the Rotor Motor as I could see water streaks formed as the motor spun, at speed. Never saw any water on the floor beneath the Washing Machine. I had the Agitator removed at the same time, and found no substantial movement in the shaft at top or bottom. No wear to the splines in the agitator/Impeller or Impeller Insert. The teeth on the Mode Shifter showed some very minor wear. No visible damage to either the Stator or Rotor Motor. Is there a most likely failed part causing the noise or a way to test to find the failed or failing part. My research so far has suggested any of the above mentioned parts as well as the DSM Module. FYI: in searching parts, the Bearing Assy shows as not available. I had GE Parts do some research and the new part # is WH38x24734..Please advise.

washer keeps repeating spin cycle
sample no load; put in spin only cycle, starts at 10 minutes, goes yo 8 minutes pauses chimes, goes back to 10 minutes. repeats for hours. during spin cycle washer spins, at mid speed shakes a little bit continues to faster, shakes smooth out spin fast okay. (heard this is normal).

We smelled burning rubber the last few times we used our washer. Now the agitator spins wildly (out of control) while the drum starts to move, but then both shut down. It seems the machine is trying to start the drain/spin cycle, but can’t. It attempts to start the cycle, but the sequence described above repeats and the machine eventually shuts down. Having repaired this machine a few times in the past, I inspected the belt, which shows no visible signs of damage. With the belt attached, I turned the splutch wheel and I noticed what I would describe as a slip inside the motor.

Please help me figure out what I need to fix this.
Thank you in advance for your help!

Is there any videos or do you have any instructions on how to remove the wash basin the part that’s underneath the lid as the 2020 model does not seem to have the screws on the side to detach the lid. Part that needs to be replace is DC61-04129A along with part DC97-20069A. Please advise on how this can be done. Thank you.

Washer Lid Assembly will not stay open when lifted any ideal of what parts would fix issue to hold lid up when filling washer. Looking for more detail that is better than the Spring Hinge which is hard to remove. Looking for more insight on what could be causing this problem and any detail breakdown of how to go about repair. Any videos on this type of washer with similar lid staying in place would be helpful or how to replace the lid assembly. Mainly happens when the under lid is corrected that’s when it falls down and will not stay up in place. Thanks.

I have a Samsung top loading washer model WA52M7750AV. When plugged in I can hear a relay click, and when I hit the power button I hear another relay click, but get nothing on the display boards.

While the power is connected on green led on the system board flashes every 3 seconds regardless if the power button has been pressed
Another led on the system board flashes 3 times after the power button is pressed and then never again.

Is the system board bad, or is one or both of the display/input boards bad?

There is a grinding noise during agitation. I have cycled through the service mode and in agitation cycle there is grinding noise.

What part or parts do I need to order to fix this before it becomes a bigger problem.

Finding plastic pieces in tub when cycle is finished. Took agitator out, looks ok, no pieces come from it. Seems as if inner tub has a little play in it. This may be causing the excessive shaking. I don’t see any pieces broke off of top cover. I would say that’s where the pieces are coming from. The washer is only 3yrs old. have there been issues with loose parts or suspension troubles, or balance problems???? Put the washer in spin with no clothes in it, and it was shaking too much, and did bang slightly.

My washer makes grinding noises and doesn’t spin as smooth as usual.

Spinning process is 12 mins and it will work for 10 or 11 mins and stop spinning. Instead of spinning, the machine was filing with some water.
