Hello Technicians Thank you in advance for your help.
This General Electric side by side has a frozen up evaporator. Heater and defrost thermostat are good thermistor seems good. Suspecting adaptive defrost control board. This model is not electronic touch control, it has the mechanical dials to set fresh food and freezer settings, my question is is there a way to put this fridge in a forced defrost ?. Any advise would be much appreciated. Also wondering if you have encountered any bad solder joints on these boards?

Customer reports that the unit has stopped cooling several times, he leaves it unplugged for awhile and when he plugs it back in it works fine and cools appropriately.

It shows a sign of freon leakage in the evaporator coil. How do I replace it?

This kenmore top load washer, would only blinks, and turn itself off. It will not start the washing machine, in any of the selected cycle. It will not turn the wash tub, or aggitates.

This dryer has had several new parts replaced. Thus: new control board, new touch pad, door latch, heating element, thermostat, cut-off thermostat, thermistor, new drum belt.
What else, do you think, needs to be done???

I have a Kenmore refer, made by LG. I replaced the icemaker and water valve, because ice tray stuck upside down and long fill time when ice maker does fill up with water, it over fills and customer has water all over the place. Customer called and said it worked 1 day and is doing the same thing as before. Can you please advise on what to do.

The unit will not agitate or spin. The only error code it gave was 0d3. I can not find any information. Thank you in advance.

REFRIGERATOR WILL NOT COOL, THE FANS INSIDE OF THE LOWER FREEZER DEPART WILL NOT RUN. BOTH FANS WERE CHECKED OK. WAS ADVISED TO REPLACE MAIN CONTROL BOARD (EBR74796430) AND REPLACE PCB SUB ASSEMBLY (EBR64730423). REPLACE MAIN CONTROL BOARD AND UNIT STILL DID NOT COOL. CANT FIND WHERE PCB SUB ASSEMBLY IS LOCATED OR HOW TO ACCESS THIS AREA? REPLACING THE PCB SUB ASSEMBLY WILL THIS REPAIR REFRIGERATOR OR IS THERE SOMETHING ELSE WRONG WITH THIS UNIT? NEED SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO REPAIR THIS UNIT AND HOW TO LOCATED THE PCB SUB ASSEMBLY UNIT?
THE AREA I LIVE CANT GET ANYONE TO LOOK AT REPAIRING THIS UNIT.

Unit doen’t complete the cycle and stop in the middle. Do we need a main board? It drains good.
