Machine fills but won’t agitate or spin. Digital display seems to be working o.k. It’s displaying times for cycles and no dimming of segments. Seems to be responding.

Hello, We have a freezer that doesn’t keep the temperature and everything thaws. We empty the freezer and then it starts working again.
We would like to know what is wrong, what parts we need to get, and need help in fixing it.
this has happened before, and it worked for a year and it happened again. It is definitely something that needs to be fixed and we want to repair it before we use it again.

The problem is that someone changed the front left burner (3 stage) and they put the wires in the wrong order. I have a new burner and I would like to know which color wire attaches to which pin on the burner, the colors are Orange, Blue and Grey., and there are 3 pins on the burner. I am concerned with attempting to go on a peck and find method in case it damages the new burner.

Is there a defect in this model? It catches and tares clothes. They get caught in gap between the basket and the bellow. The bellow is in good shape. The wedge in the 11:00 position is OK.

Unit dead, no display.
Found vent thermostat (diagram part 115) scorched with riveted terminals sloppy loose. Connecting wire and stake on terminal cooked.
Jumpered terminals and microwave worked fine.
Ordered part three times but it keeps arriving N.O. Instead of N.C.
What could I be missing or where can I get the proper N.C. Thermostat (150degrees) I believe?

I am working on a Maytag dryer and the problem is a grinding noise when turning, I replaced the drum guide wheels but the noise persists. Also when I run the drier now the tensioner keeps sliding out of the bearing holes so I am wondering if anyone knows why the grinding noise persists and if the tensioner should have some kind of retaining clip is prevent it from slipping when drum rotates.

I posted a question about a week ago and I checked the refrigerator drain and pan and they are clear and the water tank also. The water is coming from the refrigerator room at the bottom on the left side where there is a vent and damper control. Where does the air supply come from for that vent? I am not talking about the vent in the back. near the water tank where the fixer box and fan is in the rear. The water under the drawer comes from that front vent. The customer says it is often iced up.

First there is no diagnostic tech sheet in the unit. The damper is open and the freezer section is below zero. The refrigerator is 66. I could not test the unit with out the tech sheet. I suspect the freezer section is frosted.

The customer called said she was getting the u.e. Code. I told her to stop machine and redistribute the load. She does that but it doesn’t help. The machine tries to relevel then she says it starts to wash all over. She says the washer will run for over 2 hours. Does Samsung have a problem with this model or a recall. The suspension and balance ring all seem to be ok. An suggestions. Thank you.

I DON’T HAVE ANY TECH SHEETS ON THIS UNIT, SO I COULD USE WHAT EVER YOU CAN DIG UP. THE CONDENSATE FAN IS WORKING AND THE UNIT IS COOLING WITH AN EVEN FROST PATTERN ON THE EVAP COIL. I DON’T KNOW WHERE TO START TRYING TO FIND THE FEED TO THE FAN.

We have a washer that displays: ”washer did not spin due to a continous unbalance”. There is no error code displayed. When spin cycle starts it doesn’t sound like there is anything unbalaced. Any suggestions on where to start?

We have a dishwasher that, what ever the remaining time, adds additional time. If there is 40 minutes left it’ll then add more time and show it has 90 minutes left. This happens with every cycle. Main control board has been replaced and the same issue continues. Any suggestions?
