I have a bottom freezer on my refrigerator. Ice has formed on the bottom and water is leaking from underneath my refrigerator. I replaced the part that was suggested in your video but I still have the same problem. Any suggestions?

We had this and it working fine at one location, and now not at it’s new location in a different house. Doesn’t seem like the compressor is even running at all. I opened up the back to take a look around and there is a harness that is loose, and stretched really tight from the compressor. I reattached it firmly in place and it came back on but I’m worried it will happen again with the wires being so tight and barely fitting where they are supposed to go.

I think it’s a thermal fuse that I’ve narrowed down but couldn’t find a video on actually replacing it or if I need more than that. Any help would be great.

my husband says that he checked the igniter and it ohm’s out as being fine. He says it seems like the “spark isn’t reaching or big enough to ignite the burner.” Does anyone there know what could be happening here?

Can I just fix or adhere the existing seal in place or will I have to replace the entire thing? Couldn’t find a video for my model#. Thanks.

I’ve just tried to use my broiler for the first time, even though I’ve had this oven for awhile already, and it doesn’t work correctly. It seemed to preheat, but then when I put my fish in, and set the timer, it seems to have shut off on it’s own. I started it over, did the same thing. Is cooling down and not staying on even though it says it is.

How do I get it back to normal? I can’t find our book for it and have been looking online but haven’t found the answer. I’m assuming it’s really simple but can’t figure it out.

I am having an issue with ice gathering at the bottom of my freezer (bottom mount on fridge). It then accumulates and water leaks on to my floor. This was a great video to help me understand the issue, however, when I went to order this part (W10619951), sears sent me the part called Tube Drain (W10344402) which is the exact same part that is currently in place. The grommet is pretty small as well.
How am I able to order the part that is in the video? For now, I cut the grommet a little making it easier for water to flow through, however, I’m nervous too much heat may go up in the hole. Is that something to be concerned with? Would it be advised to just remove the grommet all together?
I took a blow dryer to the inside of the freezer as well and dumped water down the drain hole, which did come out of the other end. Wasn’t able to figure out how to take the back paneling (inside the freezer) off for easier access however.
Thanks for your help. In regards to the part shown in the video (below), I live in Canada.

I have this machine that won’t spin. 110.27092600 When running automatic diagnostics it hangs up at C7 and the agitator just moves a little bit back and forth but it does not advance past C7. In manual diagnostics it will spin but you can easily stop the tub with your hand. I tried pulling the tub but it got stuck on the shaft. Why does this not advance in auto diag? Any help on this would be appreciated.

I replaced the main control board and bake element. The oven calibrated fine, worked for a couple of batches of cookies, now when I set bake to 375, it does not get above 270

I have a Kenmore 79691172210 Dryer. The heat is not staying on for more than 10 seconds. The igniter turns bright red then the flames come up. It stay on for 8 seconds then the igniter slowly fades and then turns off completely. The barrel still spins. 30-45 seconds later, the flame comes on again and it cycles off again. Can anyone confirm that these are symptoms of a bad gas coil?
After much research, I found it to be the gas coils but for this specific model, I can’t get just the coil and need the whole gas assembly?!?! What gives? A $20 part is bad but I need to pay $130 for the assembly?!
Thank you experts!

I noticed ice in two of the top back panels. I unplug unit for 12 hours and then took off back panel to find a small amount of ice in top near fan. I have had no problems with cooling temps, freezer or standing water in drawers, I just noticed the ice. The drain heater was misaligned with a large amount of rust. A video said to use a copper #12 wire to keep drain plug clear. However, I am not sure if this was an issue as there was no ice showing in that location. So I am I am not sure how to proceed. Should I test heater and sensor? I am afraid to remove defrost heater since I have not had a cooling issue but I also do not want ice build up again.
Thoughts and thanks

after seeing what the technician did when he came to asses the fault on my washer i went and bought the part and installed it and tried to do the same but was unsuccessful in the programming part. i saw that he spin the drum of the washer slowly for a while but now i am doing it but dont know why. i am trying to save money here but it seems i would have to spend money for him to come and do the same thing. please help

Motor spins, apparently pumps water, hear clicking noise that matches RPM of motor. No tub spin or agitation. How do I gain access to look at inside — doesn’t top assembly lift up, and if so how?
