We are working on a built in ge refrigerator where the water line is frozen in the freezer door. We have replaced the dispenser flapper door (which was bad) and installed a ge water line heater for the dispenser. The water line froze like 2 weeks later.

Looking for any other fixes.

I need to change a drain pump on my two drawer Jenn Air dishwasher because the water doesn’t drain. but i couldn’t remove top tub to replace the pump. Do you have video or tip to replace the pump there and remove tubs? Is it possible without taking this tub?

I’ve tested continuity between thermostat and heater, Check OK. Power seems to come from control board, no timer. I need a wiring diagram to verify. Also, found a TSB for an evap fan that could cause similar issue, says to NOT REPLACE BOARD. Anyone run into this?

My microwave just stopped working in the middle of a heating cycle as I was opening the door. No power, no lights

MAH8700AWW Maytag washer. It does not spin, although I hear the motor running. No error codes. The timer in spin test does not wind down either

Ran service test. No error code. Just FE, Doesn’t have reversed polarity, amp draw on motor while running is good. Stops right at 15 minutes. So I replaced PCB, still doing the same thing.

Ikea cooktop will not turn on. Looks like something is blown. What should I check?

Hi! The freezer on my 2 year old GE fridge/bottom freezer seems to have gone into overdrive after a recent power outage. The water line to the water in the fridge door is frozen and the cheese in bottom crisper drawer in the fridge above the freezer are blocks of ice cheese. Any tips?

Our Whirlpool refridgerator GI5FSAXVY02 control panel is completely black. It beeps if you try to get water, but nothing else. My quesstion is, I don’t think the compressor is running, I think the panel must control that. the lights in the refridgerator are on though. will replacing the panel fix the problem?

I have an electric GE drop in stove. When trying to use the oven, I keep getting different codes–F1, F2, F3, F5..then have to reset. Can this be repaired?

When I turned the oven on to 200° it went to 200° and stopped, I waited and then tried 450° and it went to 450° but then when I tried to turn it off it wouldn’t turn off and then got the error code F2

The complaint is excess shaking on spin cycle I have replaced all four tub supports customer still getting the same thing issue I would like to know what other issues may cause this

how to replace oven door lock motor

The 5 refrigerator LEDs went dim then the freezer LEDs quit. The tech sheet doesn’t show the dc voltage test on the aurora board. I watched the premium video on this one but it didn’t show how to test this condition. I replaced the aurora board but it didn’t help.
Is there any way to test the LEDs?
Could it be a bad splice or connection?
Is there a voltage test I can perform at the aurora board?
Is there a service manual that might help?
Have you seen this condition?
If it is a wiring issue where are the splices and connectors at?

Bosch dishwasher 5+ years old has worked fine. Now blowing circuit breaker at various points in cycle. I replaced power cord after observing cut taped over in cord and frayed wires inside. Cycle started normally, then breaker blew again after 30 min. What to do next?

My whirlpool washer won’t shut off after spin cycle. Fills and spins,fills and spins. Constantly repeating this.

I have removed the tub nut and cannot lift basket out of tub. I sprayed wd40 after, removing tub, but, it is not coming apart, I have also, loosing and removed all the support assy bolts. and positioned tub on two blocks for support, with nothing supporting the transmission and Attempted to pound the shaft through the tub and the basket, its just isn’t moving. Do you have any ideas?

I killed it while I was wiping down the doors and handles. Touched too many places in the control panel.

My Samsung RF267AERS ice maker is not making ice. I’m not sure if I should replace the ice maker or the water value. I do receive water thru the dispenser on the door. Thanks
