Door will not close properly, tub separated from unit

My maytag washer keeps leaking.

Visible Crack

Door will not stay shut,Will not start, DL Error, Door will not unlock

Standing Water in the tub leaking from somewhere.

My Maytag washer is leaking water.

The bottom oven will sometimes only heat till 190.
I thought it may be the igniter so I changed the igniter. When I restarted the oven the flame went on it’s stopped heating at 130. I restarted it again it went to 190. Did it again and went to 350.
So I know it is not the igniter because I changed it. The top oven works fine
So sometime it will work fine and sometimes not.
What can it be

Replaced control board, but still not heating in the oven and the stove top. Any help would be great. Thanks, Todd from NY.

There is a very small leak that sometimes gets into the drip pan underneath and sets off the leak detector. It is a very small amount of water and I cannot findmwhere it is coming from, as it doesn’t always leak.

There is a small chunk of the door seal missing on the side of the leak. It is about 2” from the bottom. This missing piece is about 1/8” of the lip and about 3/16” long. Could this be the source, even though I cannot find a visible water path.

I spent a lot of time finding a small leak that comes from the transmission/motor assembly that attaches to the tub. It leaks in one area near the backside. I assume I will have to remove the whole assembly to get to it. Are there any videos that show this procedure?

I know some Kenmore refrigerators are made by LG or Samsung can you tell me if this one is made by either one of those companies? If it was by LG or Samsung what is there corresponding model number?

Hi. Customer is complaining that it makes grinding sound. I grabbed some reasonable parts. I have never opened a condenser dryer. What are the steps?

My Maytag washer will not fill with water.

F/05 is displayed, F05 Error

My washer will not do anything.

The water in my washer will not heat up.

Tub bounces around during spin cycle.

My washer will not spin or agitate.

The water in the tub always smells bad.

I think the suspension springs are broken.

There is water through the dispencer. The filter has been changed. If I do the water valve test for the freshfood ice maker should the water comed to the ice maker and fill it? It seems like the primary valve. Does it work in conjunction with the valve in the door when I test the door valve?

I have an ongoing issue with a KitchenAid building unit, first I found a refrigerant leak coming from the evaporator (I noticed that a lot of yellow oil came out of the same spot on the Evaporator. I replaced the evaporator, filter drier and flush the system with nitrogen. When I flushed the system a lot of yellow oil came out. I vacuumed the system for 20-30 min and recharged the system with 7.25 oz. the pressure did not go down lower then 20psi on the compressor side.
but I noticed that the freezer was stabilized. two days after the customer called me back and said that freezer is still cold but not enough.

What else in your opinion can be done? replacing the capillary tube might be a very big job on this unit so I’m trying to avoid that as much as I can.

This model number is a FDR-3 if you look up the reeor codes for this model does not have a 7E all other ones have that code in there not quite sure if it’s going to be the party room sensor or a drawer sensor or the icemaker sensor
