I have never replaced a glass top burner element. Is it similar to a glass top oven burner element?

This dishwasher it doesn’t turn on at all. Touch pad light are off. What could be the problem.

This washer whirlpool front load is displaying
F20 error code. What’s that error code mean . Which part I need to replace for fix the problem.

Customer called and said he was getting oil brownish streaks on his cloths. This is a cabrio washer. I have never had or seen this in a new style whirlpool washer. I have not been out on this machine yet but I was wondering if whirlpool has had this issue. The customer says it does not wash out.

My customer is complaining that their refrigerator stops cooling/freezing every two weeks but after like 12 hours it will start cooling without the customer doing everything. The main control board has been changed but it happened a couple weeks after it was replaced.

Frozen water in deli drawer and the back of the fresh food section has snow coming out of the vents like Samsung’s get but with Samsung’s I can run diagnostic mode and double check that everything is okay before assuming it’s a clog and needs a new cover because the seal of the plastic housing gets compromised because of the expansion of the snow. Samsung recommends a new cover..but this is a GE, I don’t know how to get it into diagnostic mode and if it would be safe to assume it’s just a clog and needs a new evaporator cover..??

I have a washer that will work great for one load. Then when you start the second load it just goes beep beep with no error code. Can you give give me something to try?

the ice maker is warm inside the cabinet and it is making a surge of water noise.
The unit was working fine and then stop.
The unit has been cleaned and its still not working.
PLEASE HELP

Customer complaint was that tub had a jerky rotation and appliance gave LE error code. Our tech installed the hall sensor and nothing has changed.

I would like to know how to put this refrigerator into test mode, some video for wach it thank you for the help.

The part number is WR17X12741 it is a water tank in a GE refrigerator the only video i found was one of a different kind

The pump will only stop if the washer is unplugged. If I unplug it an plug it back in it goes but when I push start it comes on immediately.

This is the first time i have seen this problem.

the inverter board this model calls for DA-00614B will not plug up The new board is connected to cn201 5 pin the old board connection is c103 7 pin. the part number on old board is DA41-00782b. whats wrong?

The led lights on the interior of the refer were flickering. I went to another site and was told it was the main board. I ordered and received it, installed it and it is still flickering???? HELP

The ice maker runs continuously and doesn’t fill. The diagnostic test indicate that the heater is on while it is running and the relay says it goes on and off when in diagnostics. I need a service manual. Also the original complaint was that ice was clumping together. When I removed the ice maker it had three cubes jammed in it. I removed them and reinstalled it and then it only made three cubes and that was it and the ice maker just kept running. If I run it in the diagnostics mode and run the ice maker shouldn’t it fill at the appropriate point in the cycle?

the led assembly eav62052301 comes with a sensor. I replace this part becuase lg tech support told me that this would take care of it but it did not.
