No power to gas valve. Can get dryer to heat by jumping relay at control board. All the limits are good, the thermistor is good and ohms at 1130 (at the thermistor and at the plug on control board) even have replaced thermistor and UI. The reason I tried the UI was because of the fact the dryer did heat once by repeatedly pushing dry level button and heated briefly a couple of times for a few seconds.
I have received two boards and the second one was not packaged and was clearly previously plugged in, not sure if the first one was used also, and this did come from a PD . I am now in the process of taking dryer in and giving customer a Maytag loaner until issue is resolved. I will be ordering another board from a different PD unless someone has another suggestion.

I also have a stainless outdoor vent hood by Broan (looks like most others), as noted in the User Manual. Naturally, I cannot find the sliding rheostat switch that controls the fan. The fan motor was just replaced by another servicer, and he could not find anything to work. He does not have the advantage of the PSA network, either, which is why I am asking you guys. The unit has a light/fan rotary switch, and a sliding tab to increase or decrease the voltage out. It is the rheostat I need!. Are these by any chance fairly generic?

Problems seem to come in pairs. I have a Bosch Dishwasher. The circulation pump lost the propeller so I was almost finished putting a new one in and the part that it subs to has a missing tab where the old one had one. They are numbered 1-4 and the #4 pin is missing and now I have no idea where to put the pink wire. Of coarse the customer was monkeying around, took the front off and the kick plate off and the wiring diagram is missing.
Any help would be appreciated.

This is a dishwasher and it has an unusual plumbing setup. There are two dishwashers about 24 inches from each other and they were both routed down into the basement into one trap. I am nervous if I put an air gap in place behind his counter the distance down and across will not drain fast enough and water will back up. Right now they are both siphoning and throwing an error code.
Let mw know if anyone has any ideas. Thanks

We went out to change the dispenser paddle on a frigidaire refrigerator. After changing it out the auger motor continuously ran. disconnected micro switch for paddles and auger motor still continuously ran. Changed out power board, still the same problem. Changed out user interface board. Still the same problem. Also Ohmed out wires inside door for possible short. This did not do this till I changed the paddles. Anyone have a direction to go in ? Thanks

I sold this unit to a customer, got a call said it had filled all the way, all the way to the top, I have never seen this on this type of unit. I am thinkin g could it be the valve. control board or?????

Initial complaint: unit is working normally but board dead; cannot see display and can’t program. Installed control board: display still dead; 12vdc to ground at all 3 wires; replaced display board; same result. Had 12v at all 3 wires to display board. Am I not checking the DC voltage properly? What am I missing here. on previous calls, replacing the main board has always corrected a dead display (unless the display board was shot). Bad control board(though I’ve tried two, I’m well aware of the problems with the 942 board)? Thanks in advance for your help.

This washer is intermittantly over filling. I have cleaned the water level pressure hose and replaced the water level pressure switch. The water valve shuts off if you hit cancel or unplug the unit so it does not seem like a valve sticking open. I’m leaning toward a control board issue. Any tips on how to further test where the fault is would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I have removed the unit a few times to dry the leak sensor but it continues to error out . I cannot pinpoint the source of the leak and usually gets through one cycle then faults and all hoses look fine and connected securely, any ideas?
