Held reset button for three seconds. It beeped. Water came in. Costumer called me 6 hours later saying no ice. Will make sure I turned the water back on in the back when testing valve last time but since it filled when reset shouldn’t it have deposit some ice by now? Or should I give it 24 hours? Original complaint was icemaker rarely makes ice.

this ref has no lights, no fans, compressor not start. the only light is a blinking light on front panel. replaced mother board, nothing. HELP

Have burner problem..cant isolate issue.

We have an lg dishwasher which will run and shut off then will not power back on unless you unplug the left hand display board, when you plug it back in then power returns for one more cycle. Our customer changed the main board already and the same problem occurs.

Any suggestions would be appreciated! We are thinking about ordering that left hand board.

I ran the diagnostic tests and started the compressor and checked the components and everything checked. Once I exited the test mode the unit restarted, compressor and fans. Could it be a bad main board?

The customer took the doors off to get it inside and didn’t secure the freezer door magnetic switch or door switch. But I need some technical information. The frost pattern is OK. I do see some frost in the middle 2 freezer vents. I can’t tell if the damper is working . How do I check the damper and other components?

This fridge is 32 years old, I was told. The ice maker stopped working. I checked the continuity on the inlet valve and there was no continuity. Then I checked the amperage and it read 6.5 amps.
What should the amperage be on this valve?
Is the amperage about the same on all valves? If not, what would be the reason for the difference?

I have a washer that was getting a e70 error I changed the motor board and now when I power it on as soon as the door locks the breaker pops. I put the old motor board back in just to see what happens and it does the same thing.

Source power good, connections good. What can cause?

The dishwasher is not cleaning good. The dishes are put in dirty and come out dirty. There is water left in the indent of upside down coffee mugs when the dishwasher stops. When we open it there is steam so it appears that the water is hot and that it is spraying. Why are the dishes not getting cleaned? Is this a common problem with this dishwasher?

WHEN I SET THE OVEN TEMPERATURE HIGHER THAN 400, AND THE OVEN HEATS TO TEMP, THE DISPLAY GOES BLANK AND THE OVEN SHUTS OFF. THE COOKTOP STILL WORKS FINE. IS THERE A THERMAL FUSE THAT WOULD INTERRUPT POWER TO THE CONTROL BOARD? I’M THINKING SOMETHING ALONG THOSE LINES AS THE BOARD WORKS AT THE LOWER TEMPS. DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEAS TO POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION?

I’VE FOLLOWED TROUBLESHOOTING FLOW CHARTS. THE REFRIGERATOR SIDE IS AROUND 90 DEGREES. I’VE SWAPPED OUT THE BOARD 4 TIMES. CHANGED THE DAMPER ASSEMBLY 3 TIMES. THE DAMPER DOOR CLOSES, ALL THE WAY AFTER JUST A COUPLE OF MINUTES NO MATTER WHAT PART I HAVE IN THERE, WHICH IS THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM. I’VE ALSO TAKEN ALL THE KEY COMPONENTS, FROM A MACHINE THAT HAS BEEN RUNNING FINE FOR TWO PLUS WEEKS, AND INSTALLED THEM WITH THE SAME RESULT. I’M AT A LOSS TO EXPLAIN THIS ONE. ANY INSIGHT? THE UNIT IS A GE AND THE INTERIOR LIGHT IS NOT STAYING ON.

I PUT THE DAMPER IN THE MIDWAY POSITION WITH POWER OFF. WHEN THE UNIT IS PLUGGED BACK IN THE DAMPER OPENS ALL THE WAY. SEVERAL MINUTES LATER IT CLOSES AND STAYS CLOSED.

We need a diagram for the KGYE660WAL1 dryer – if you cant find a service manual or diagram for this model do you think there may be something similar enough to show the chain of operation

This is a very old model with an electronic defrost control. The evaporator motor runs through the heater and defrost thermostat. A few months ago I had to replace the defrost t-stat for the same symptom. Is there a way to initiate an automatic defrost cycle on this model? How can I test this ADT? Someone was supposed to have changed it several months ago
