Repair Help

Hello,
We went out to service a samsung fridge that the bottom freezer door won’t open. We thought the railing might be frosted over and unpluged the fridge in order for it to defrost, it has been two days since and it still wont open. Any suggestions?

Homeowner states the machine has a real bad vibration. I didn’t hear or see anything without clothes in it. They now have called back and said still “vibrating” Any suggestions or ideas you can give me on this machine.

I have changed the clock Assam. The oven sensor checks ok it ohms out at 1087 at room temp. Any ideas .

Hello I have a customer call kitchen aid microwave issue only half of the LED display is lite, and the micowave wont start when push start button customer says he reset main breaker and the micowave will work properly for awhile. Have no imformation on unit, all help appricated.

Need to replace the relay board (mounted on the underside of the cooktop) and the clock (oven control) on this unit. Parts 92028 & 62790. What is the best plan to get at these to replace ?

Customer called and said after canning on top burners for 5 hours they tried to use the oven the f30 code came up and the oven will not do anything. As soon as you try to turn the oven on the code comes on and you have to touch the cancel button to get it to stop beeping. I have no idea what f30means. Do you have any ideas. Thanks

We have a Jennair downdraft. Parts of the touch pad are not working (convection, self clean, clock, set up, vent fan) Bake, broil, etc work fine. We have a service contract with Sears but they are refusing to repair because the sticker on inside of oven door has faded. We are trying to found out if this is something simple we can repair ourselves. We found some info that says it is the long oven sensor but are not sure.

Not cooling correctly has 0 37 error code, what does this mean ? Thanks

We have a Samsung refrigerator. This unit was freezing at the back panel (back of fresh food compartment). We had defrosted it and replaced the complete back panel. It was fine for a couple months. The customer called us yesterday the evaporator fan in the fresh food was making a clicking noise . We pulled the back and it was frozen up again. The drain is fine, evaporator fan is fine. What we found was the controls at the top of the fresh food, (no dispenser) , was showing all 8’s and wouldn’t program or turn off.
I’m pricing out the control am I missing anything on this unit?

I have a lid switch failure and need to change the lid switch.

Parts that have been replaced , W10183157 ( Rotor position sensor and wire harness ) as well as control board part # WPW10299400. What do you suggest??

so i checked up what the blinking light read and it came to F5E3
hoe ever the unit did run once and then it stopped i can hear the drum trying to turn and then shots off can it have to do with the timer as well?

so the unit heats up but willl not turn. i have never worked on a asko dryer.

so the fridge seems to be working fine.
however the freezer is not freezing.
i took off the back panel to check the evaporator coils and there is only a bit of frost on the top part of the coils.
how may i correct this issue?

so i changed the pressure switch and i am still getting the error

Ice up on evaporator, refrigerator not getting cold.

Cust. sets thermostat oven flame comes on heats for a while but never comes back on.

No ice or water at the door not getting power at water valve and can’t change water level at display kitchenaid told me to order display and control board kit and I needed to do both so installed new parts then the frig compressor would not turn on put the old board back in at the back and it turned on but still no water or ice also both the new ones did not not fix the the no water and ice
