I have a ge porclein line refrigerator ref water line freezing i think it is freezing at the ice chute flapper. no frost built up in the ice chute. freezes intermittently will work for weeks the freeze for a couple days frz temp -2. customer has freezer really packed
I thopught there was a ice chute flapper with heater but i may be wrong any help appreciated

My customer had an electrical outage the night that we had an electrical storm. He lost his cable, dishwasher, and all cordless phones.
His washer only fills, then he has to change the setting from wash to spin and drain. And only then will it empty. That’s all it does.
Is it possible that the machine got hit as well, and did something to the board? It worked fine up to that point.

It fills at the proper levels, but won’t wash.

I have replaced heating element and the board but still no heat. Please help

there are two selinoids on the water valve so it seems like either the icemaker or the water dispenser would get water

Customer states code light on unit fill and done light and lock light flashing , Also stated that unit not in use made a locking sound them looked found unit lock light flashing again Building engineer already replaced the lock switch everything test good in your manual mode Do we have any ideas

I looked at this dishwasher yesterday. . Complaint: Dishes not getting clean anymore like they use to and food is left on the dishes. I stripped the dishwasher down and checked the impeller, made sure all the spray arms were clear, and sump was clean. Unit was very clean with little to no debris. Tested the unit and it appears all spray arms are turning and upside down cups in the top rack are quickly filling with water. Water is hot. Good wash action. I did find that the turbidity sensor failed twice in diagnostics but then made it through the test two other times.I did not ohm it out. Heating element is getting hot. If the turbidity sensor is failing, would this affect performance or make changes such as shortening or eliminating wash cycles? Would changing the turbidity sensor be the best course of action? Thank you for any advice.

This stove needed an igniter. I pulled out plug installed new igniter i put plug back in and erc is dead with 120 volts going to erc. tried everything erc dead order a new erc plug in works ok unplug stove to put together and put plug back in and erc dead. unplugged plug and put plug back in erc dead . put back old erc and working was afraid to unplug again. any ideas thank you

I have a whirlpool washer that the motor isn’t running. I am getting error code F7 E9 which is not on the tech sheet. i seem to have a open winding. I am assuming I just need to change the stator. Has anyone else had this issue?

We need your help to diagnose what is going on with this oven
It’s a dual oven and every two weeks it starts beeping and both ovens stop working
As soon someone reset a power it works fine foe another two weeks .
My tech cane out and couldn’t find anything wrong with this unit .
I guess it could be a problem with a touch pad ?
The customer is O.K to replace both but the touch pad is NLA
Any help I would really appreciate

I replaced the door hinges on the oven about 4 weeks ago. Door was not closing all the way. New hinges worked great until a call back yesterday. This is not the first Jenn Air oven I have had this issue with. . Thank you for any advice.

On this stove on the user pad it has a place for broil and bake on the oven but i dont see a heating element for the bake. Can i get a users manual on this unit pls thanks

found no loose wiring …in self diagnostic test the door locks will not advance through steps in test …only way to get door open again is to manually unlock it …original complaint washer stopped in spin cycle water still in tub door will not unlock

I had to drill out the screws on my large burner, thus destroying the orifice assembly for the large burner. I bought new burner, ignition tip assembly, and a new orifice assembly, but to install the orifice assembly, it appears I must remove the glass top to get inside. I have not removed any other burners (all those screws are rusted out as well, but they work….) I took the cooktop out of its mounting on my countertop, turned it over and removed every screw I could, but the glass top won’t come free. Must I remove the rest of the burners? How do I avoid destroying the burner/orifice assembly in the process?

Any other ideas?

This unit has a infinite switch, I don’t know if it has a thermostat to regulate the temperature or is it all done by the infinite switch. What regulates the temperature?

This is a ice bucket in the door model.
At present the dispenser motor is rusted and very loud.
The ice bucket gear is stripped.
I know I need to replace the ice bucket and dispenser motor.
Per the customer this is the third time the ice bucket has had to be replaced.
The customer had been removing and emptying the bucket, rinsing it out monthly. Until it froze in place.
The ice door is ok. Operating correctly. Freezer temp is 0. No cooling issues.
I sure could use some help on this one.

I think this is a simple freezer could it be the control board that fried up the comp relay and does this have a defrost timer on the back thanks

We have a customer that has this dryer and the red lock light is on and the clean lint filter display is on, unit will not work. Unit has been cleaned out lint vacuumed as well as vent being cleaned. Any ideas.

Customer calls and freezer is cool but fridge side is warm ,ice on back of freezer fans sounds running and so is the compressor. Sounds like it is not going into defrost . Need service manual on this animal and asap so i can make a nickel Brian

looking for oven control part number 3195186 new or used shaft was broken on old control

Lock light flashing will not start cannot cancel doors locked no water in the machine and had to unplug let set for five minutes plug back in washer reset appears to be working need to know what the lock flashing means

oven don’t lite and clock shuts oven down after it runs 1 min. only broil will light but it shut down when it has been on 1 min. did clock has been replaced
