The front right burner isn’t lighting or working at all. Does this come as an assembly? I think the entire base comes with the components/parts included but wanted to make sure first before ordering.

What part do I need to fix this? Think it’s just the element.

I’m on this call right now and having issues pulling up my model breakdown, what is the TCO kit part # for this? Thanks.

The door must have been stepped on because it’s so bent/bowed the latch doesn’t register as closed and the unit doesn’t start cyclibng. Hinges are in bad shape as well. Pulled up the part cost, and the door itself is really expensive. Do you carry it? Wanted to see if the pricing may be different.

It is really loud in it’s final high speed spin. Found the bearing bad and priced it out, but customer doesn’t want to spend that much. Is this normal?

We looked at this unit for a customer and it seems like the main drive belt is the source of the squeak, so I’ll need that part #. Also, there’s some noise in the spin cycle that we determined to be a bearing or transmission but customer stated they didn’t want to put that much into it. Said that’s been there for years and hasn’t gotten worse so they want to leave it go. Appreciate your help on this.

This customer had used the oven for about four hours earlier in the day. The oven was off and the bake element shorted out. I know there is always 110v volts to one side of the element. Is it common for an element to short out on it’s own when not in use? Customer is worried that there may be something wrong with the control board. I replaced the bake element and checked for power from the board. The only power present is on the one side coming from the terminal block. Control turns the element on and off with no problems. Control board has no visible problems and is working fine. Is there any concern here? Thank you in advance.

I checked all the main/working components, the line, etc. Then got to the disposal and realized the customer’s had installed a new one and forgot to punch out the drain tab for the dishwasher. Please be sure to check these simple things and save yourself a trip. I’m starting to ask this now when they call in with dishwashers not draining. Just a reminder for all you repair technicians that will read this forum.

Where can I find the part numbers for the water lines going from the water inlet valve to dispenser and icemaker ? Both are cracked at the 90 degree elbow at the valve. I have a picture of the end at the water valve but don’t know how to upload on here if its even possible.

Have an LG electric dryer that runs for a few minutes on normal or towel cycle and then drops down to 5 minute cooling cycle. Needless to say the clothes aren’t dry. Replaced main board and user interface to no avail. I have moisture sensor and thermistor on order, just wanted to get a second or third opinion.

Good day Gentlemen,
My name is Roland, I am working on a KitchenAid duel fuel range. The issue is the open burners work, however, the oven and all it’s functions dose not. The interface board will not reset from PF Code. I end up replacing the relay board and the interface board on this unit. I attempt to enter the clock info. but all I am able to do is get the unit to show a series of _ _ _ _ _ _ dashes on the display. I am able to cancel and restart, but it continues to come back to the same thing, a series of dashes. Have anyone had the experience with this unit and this issue before.
Thank you
Roland

Good day My Name is Roland. We are working on a dryer LG and need some help.
The unit will not heat well, we change the gas valve, the pilot valve comes on, but will not start full heat. The drum still rotates and we are getting no error codes. Do you have access to a wiring diagram for this unit or suggestions as to what is going on. Your help is appreciated.

Everything checked out on this until the customer explained they just had the disposal replaced. Of course, the knockout was still in place, and needed to be removed for the dishwasher to drain. Just a friendly PSA to check this over the phone when setting up the call because it can easily save you a trip out to the customer’s house and something they can normally handle themselves. Appreciate you guys always being available any time of day or night, am finding this site so helpful an convenient.

Seems to be the day for controls! This machine counts down to one minute and then doesn’t ever finish the cycle. Anybody have time to do the lookup for me?

Looks like I’ll need information on the electronic control for this, will confirm for sure when I get there but want to be able to have a handle on the parts needed before I walk through the door.

Got this dishwasher apart and realized I had pulled the wrong information for the motor and pump assembly. Is this something you guys have? Would be great if so. Needing to finish this up if it’s something I keep on my truck or maybe something I can pick up? Customer has a huge family dinner tonight for Mother’s Day and I need to get them up and running as soon as possible. Thanks you guys.
