I’ve leveled this unbalanced washer multiple times now and the legs keep moving back and causing it to happen again. Any suggestions to keep this where I want it?

Would I need to replace more than just the element here?

I just applied the reset button on the heater housing thermostat and ran an operation test that was successful. Should I price out that thermostat for replacement or will that work?

I replaced a broken door latch & striker and am still getting a drain issue on this. Pump is fine, checked drain hose, and control checks out. What am I missing?

I replaced the replaced motor fuse link and ran a test cycle, and operations checked out. I let the customer know that if it happened again it’d need the motor. Do you guys have pricing and availability on that just in case I need here in the near future. Would really appreciate it.

Refrigerator stopped running last night. Only thing on was the light in the fridge when the door was opened. No fans running. Customer unplugged the fridge and left it that way until I arrived. . I plugged it in and everything started right up. After letting it run for about twenty minutes it had a good frost pattern on the evaporator, evap fan running and compressor obviously running. I did not find anything wrong with the fridge. Any thoughts on why the fridge stopped and what parts might need to be replaced? This is a side by side model. All I told the customer is lets leave it running over night and see if it quits again.I’m thinking the circuit board in the control panel may have reset after unplugging. Thank you for your help.

One of my customers has a Summit model BIM44 which has been horribly maintained. I found everything scaled up, especially the distribution tube over the evap. Pump sounds like it’s running smoothly back there, but it appears the intake from the sump is blocked. I feel like it just needs a proper flush and cleaning. Any tips greatly appreciated!

DCS WOT-230 only heating to 265 degrees on top oven bottom ok, remove oven check elements, stats, all wiring connections, top sensor and lower sensor was a little different in ohms, so swapped them now top oven heats to 320 only when set for 350, lower oven still works fine, I thinking that the MCB is bad, anyone have any experience with this issue?

We have a Jenn-air oven/mw combo. Microwave starts counting down and then stops running and heating after 5 seconds. It starts counting for example 60-59-58-57-56-55-55-55-55-55-55-55-55. Never come across this before but assume it could be sensing an overheat and shutting off?

Customer said he checked the vent, thermostat, thermal fuse, but couldn’t verify it was the heater. I’m thinking it’s a 35001247 for this model but could you double check me on this?

I haven’t had a chance to physically diagnose this but want to take something with me since the customers requested the work be done asap for the holiday. I think it’s the console assembly but wanted to verify with you guys.

Water is running down inside the refrigerator and accumulating under the drawers. Seems to be cooling ok right now but am assuming it will have issues eventually at the rate the water is backing up. Can I just clear the drain and call it good? Or should I be taking a more “look ahead” option to this if it keeps happening? What’s a permanent fix?

Seems like some of the water is draining, and did check the pump, it’s not the issue. Checked the chopper and did find a lot of debris so I cleared that out and ran another test cycle. Thought maybe the disposal was the issue since they had a new one, but the knock out was removed already. Still having some issues. Seems to start pumping and then slows down until it completely stops, leaving a little bit in there.

Timer on dishwasher stops when the dial pointer is at 180 degrees.
Manually move it past that point and the cycle will continue until finished. I installed a new timer but the DW is acting the same way.
Any suggestions on what I should do nest will be appreciated. Thank you.

Need a new pump for this unit, and don’t have the part information. Do you also have any videos on this? Trying to train one of our new guys on some basics. Thanks.

Electrolux range today, According to tech it was built by Dacor. We were transferred to Dacor and sat on hold about 15 mins and never got an answer. The customer complaint is with the racks removed he sets the unit into self clean and the light showing “remove racks” stays lit, the door won’t lock and go into self clean. With the rack rails also removed the rack switch does click like it’s working. Any advice sure would be appreciated.
