This washer has a squealing & squeaking type noise in the final spin. A few weeks ago I was here for the same symptoms and out of balance spinning but I could not reproduce the noise. The snubber was worn out and I replaced the thrust bearing as well. The noise at this point is apparently intermitent. I solved the out of balance issue with the new snubber but the noise is still the complaint. I have run a full load of clothes in the washer and no noise was reproduced. Turning the motor and drain pump by hand are both smooth. I have advised the customer that we may have to wait until the noise becomes more consistent. Please advise if any suggestions. Thanks

MATAG FRENCH DOOR REFRIGERATOR NO ICE OR WATER COMING FROM DOOR. WHEN FLICKING THE DOOR SWITCH AND PRESSING THE DISPENSER BAR I CAN GET AN INTERMITTENT DISPENSING OF WATER OR ICE. THE AUGER MOTOR JUST MUMS AND DOES NOT TURN.

I’ve cleared and unjammed this ice maker multiple times but it keeps happening. Should I just replace it? Can’t find any issues with water hose, valves, door assembly, etc.

Would this just be a knob issue? I have checked out everything else and it looks fine.

We are looking for the help with this washer . At the beginning of the cycle it starts filling with water ,
but it fills just a little and unit stays in the fill cycle . The tub rotates with the washplate together and
just stays in the fill cycle without adding a water.

I am pretty sure this is the temperature control but I can’t find the part. Did a physical diagnosis and check on everything else and it seems to be the only issue.

I’m thinking I need to replace the blower wheel on this. Is it the Y303836?

I’ve narrowed this down to a drain pump and drain hose but can’t find the part information. Can I get some help on this one?

Unit is no longer cooling & I know it’s the evaporator assembly. Haven’t done many of these, any helpful tips?

I repaired fill tube dripping on to the evaporator
fan motor. Now the refrigerator door alarm is beeping open but is cooling fine and door are not open.
Freezer light switch is working as it turns the bulb on and off.
Logic would point to board, but normally the control has cooling issues when bad?
Has anyone else run across this problem?

This ice maker is working and producing but not dispensing through the door. I’ve narrowed it down to the actual dispenser assembly and door flapper but now am having an impossible time finding the part on the schematic. Any chance you can do the lookup for me and get me pricing for it’s replacement?

The customer can’t use the oven, but I’m also having trouble finding this replacement part available from my usual vendors. I noticed you didn’t either. Is it a DG66-00017A? At least want to confirm that.

I think this needs a new idler pulley and belt but I can’t find the correct part numbers. Does someone have time to pull them for me? Thank you.

I need a brake case and case sensor assembly do get this unit working properly again, do you guys carry them?

Complaint is the dryer is scorching the customers clothes. I found the manual in the library for the dryer but this problem is not addressed. I have not run into this issue before with a dryer and am looking for some advise on what to look for besides a clogged vent, drum seals, normal wear and tear. Could it be a bad cycling thermostat? I have a GE washer stack unit the customer says that it is squeaking “squealing” she says it was intermittent but more and louder now. Thanks so much.

The first time I went I found a loose rotor bolt and tightened it, but customer just called back saying it’s doing the same thing again. Do I have to actually replace it? And if so, do you have that part information for me?

I checked this unit out and only found that there seemed to be a build up of dish soap inside somehow. Assuming customer is soaking or rinsing dishes before loading and it’s migrating into the dishwasher, causing a lot of suds, and not very adequate cleaning cycles. What do you guys normally recommend to clear them? Is there a specific product you use?

Found the belt shredded last year and replaced it, but seems to have happened again. How can it be going through them so fast since the customer doesn’t use it on that consistent of a schedule? I can replace the belt again but don’t want to do this every year. and cover the cost of the part if something else is going on.

Control panel LEDS are flashin On, , Off, On. This happens right after the unit fills, then drains and refills. I have changed the case sensor and water valve. I am leaning to a new flow meter before I take this unit out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When I opened up the evaporator cover it was clearly frosted evenly indicating it had not defrosted in a few weeks. I found a thermistor instead of a defrost terminator. I looked around for a computer board but can’t find one. Can this be a line voltage thermistor to control defrost heater? Unit has a regular timer. I can’t tell anything from the diagrams . Any help will be greatly appreciated Thanks,

Another Dacor Wall oven.
Upper oven would no heat, lower oven working fine.
This is a double oven electric. Upper oven would not heat. no power to the element. visual inspection on PCB relay shows the the relay is burnt. put in new board and now “F4” fault shows for both top and bottom ovens. Put in old board and F4 still shows for both ovens.
Trying to avoid having to remove the oven. No wiring diagram. It appears that the oven sensor (upper oven) was replaced some time ago (because of the wire nuts). What is throwing me is that the bottom was working and the only thing that changed was the board and when I returned it to its original state – the bottom is not working.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Found a failed termistor & hi limit fuse, do you have any part information on this model?

initially ID’d this as the stator assembly and hall sensor but replaced them and it was not the problem. I now need the main PCB. Any help?

Timer motor will run to cool down part of cycle but won’t advance to off. The dryer ran from 10pm to 4am on cool down,

One of our guys has a washer that isn’t spinning or draining. All the obvious checks were fine. One technician of ours suggested 4 new dampening straps and a coupler. Do you guys have the part information on those?
