I think I’ve got this narrowed down to needing a main control board and the turbidity sensor, but can’t find the part information. Anyone available to take a look?

I found the water leaking from the hot water valve and am changing that out, but the suds/foam…I wasn’t sure how to take care of that.

You have to really play with the Power button to get the unit to run. I see where the Off/on switch (#424410) is the likely culprit in my mind, however I seldom work on these enough to become intimately familiar. Am I headed in the right diretion?

This unit had an ice build up in the FF evaporator fan area. I ohmed out the heater and it was good, I replaced the thermistor and thermal fuse. I have received conflicting information that the thermistor should be moved to as high a location as possible on the evaporator lines and also that it should be moved down to the middle of the evaporator and the main board should be changed as well? The thermistor wires are very short and cannot move very far. The part number is DA32-00029Q. I’m sure there is another workable part number with longer wires. . There were no error codes. FF section had warmed up. Evaporator fan was stuck in ice.

Have a kitchenaid wall oven. Model KEBS107SSS04
Error code says to replace the ( UI ), I assume this means USER INTERFACE.
touch pad and pc display board. Neither are identified as a UI and both are costly.

GE microwave high voltage capacitor needs replacement. It’s rated 0.91uf. Costly under GE part.
Want to use an aftermarket part. Can only find a cap rated 0.90 or 0.95uf.
Which way would you go? How will it affect output?

This machine had some bad switches “I removed them” but it still wont start ?
Lights light makes sounds but when I push start it makes a chirp then nothing.
Is there a diagnostic mode for this machine?

Can this part be used on the refrigerators with plastic liners. If yes, is the wiring the same as with the first models? Also, did GE produce other models with the same water line freezing problems after discovering this problem?

Says refrigerator side getting warm 54 degrees. Freezer side running zero.
Refrigerator temperature normal. Fresh food 36 and freezer 0. . Stated Monday afternoon. Left door open for 3 minutes to see if unit goes into liner protection and freezer fan runs on high. Works fine. Confirm damper/fan assembly in refrigerator working. . Air return clear. Run diagnostics test. Only thing that didn’t pass was temperature control panel to dispenser board communication. That failed. Did try my test control panel I carry in place of customers panel. Same results. Failed. Don’t really understand why temperature control panel talks to dispenser board when there is nothing on temperature control panel that controls anything on dispenser board. Refrigerator door switch is on side wall. Confirmed door switch is being activated by door. When door is one inch from closing, switch turns off interior lights. Currently have door switch taped closed. Did go ahead and do the system reset. . Thermistors passed testing, but then again you never know. Also is the picture of thermistor old style? Should I maybe upgrade them?

GE Oven Model JKP45W0W2WW Original board part #WB27K5318 changes to part #WB27T10290. The configuration of wiring the terminals is different on the new board and there was no wiring diagram in the box. Expensive board I would hate to get it wrong. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the new board? I’m told there should have been one in the box. Most of the confusion is with the common wires. On the old board the two common wires are marked C and Com. On the new board the markings are Com0 and Com1. The configuration of the new relays is different as well but I think I have that part figured out. The reason I am changing the board is the clock went blank and is unresponsive to the touch panel. The touch panel beeps weakly when buttons are depressed. Should I be looking for a failure in the oven that caused the clock failure or do these things just go out on there own. Oven was not in use at the time of failure and no self clean was being done at the time. The customer heard the oven make some sounds and went to check it and the display had gone blank. I know this was lengthy. Thank you for any advise.

Freezer evaporator frosted fan working , replaced main board told customer to leave ref off to defrost evaporator she did that. customer call back a few days latter refrigerator warm freezer was working fine. I stopped out to check freezer -2 degrees ref 60 . Freezer fan was not running compressor was running . Shut refrigerator off to check make sure compressor cycled off. when i turned tit back on evap fan started to run. customer told me she only left it off for 6 hours. Not sure if fan may have been frozen, called her back next day, my tech went back with a new board and replaced 2nd board he said the fan was running when he got there . Is there anything that would stop the evaporator fan from running. or is this one of the fans if it goes bad can take out the board fan was not replaced yet

The washer does not start even though the interface board seem normal (all lights ok ) is this the control board – micro computer or the interface board.

Checked frost pattern today. It was basically uniform except it was slightly heaver on the last three coils. Temperature in freezer was 14 degrees and 30 degrees in the FF section. Controls were set at normal. On Jan 15th the refrigerator controls were set in the middle(normal) Twenty four hours larter the freezer temp was 21 degrees and the FF temp was at 25 degrees. The customer said it took four days for a bottle of water to freeze in the freezer. Evaporator and condenser fan motors are working normally. Damper is manual and works works properly ie opens and closes with the freezer control. Sears Technical assistance suggested suggested replacing the ADC. I’m more inclined to say the thermostat is bad. Any help is appreciated

This washer is a Vertical Modular Washer and I am trying to replace the gearcase. I have removed the the spanner nut, driven hub and the drive bock. I cannot get the basket to budge. Any other suggestions on how to remove the basket?

LG dryer starts and heats when cold but after unit heats up it shuts off like the board drops the load lights on but no start.
won’t restart until cools slightly but then drops off again and repeats. I am thinking bad board anything else about LG dryers,
I don’t know about. No Fault codes?

THEN GIVE AN ERROR OF LIGHT BLINKING ABOVE HEAVY WASH AND IT SHUTS DOWN AND WILL NOT GO INTO A FILL. WE REPLACED NEW WATER VALVE TWICE AND A PRESSURE SWITCH ALSO AND CONTROL BOARD PER TECH LINE STILL DOING THE SAME THING I AM GOING OUT MYSELF TO TRY TO GET TO BOTTOM OF THIS HOPE SOMEONE CAN HELP THANKS

This dryer was making a loud knocking noise. I thought there was to much play in the rear bearing, so I replaced it. Front drum slides exhibited no cracks and appeared to be sound. Now it is making on intermittent hammering sound. I don’t have any more ideas and would appreciate anyone else’s. Thank you.

I have a customer that states he has to change the filter in this refrigerator every 4 weeks. New filter goes in and the water flows well from dispenser but at about four weeks the flow slows to almost nothing again. This pattern has been repeat over and over. The customer states this is averaging out to a $1.75 per day. Would this be a problem with hard water? Has anyone else had this problem? I was wondering if I should install some sort of a prefilter. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

This refrigerator was operating normally except for a noisy condenser fan. When I moved the refrigerator to replace the motor the compressor started clunking which continued for several seconds before it quieted down. Is this a catastrophic problem? The refrigerator continues to operate normally.

Washer exhibits excessive vibration when loaded. OK empty. Washer is level and all suspension components are also OK. Service manual leads to vibration sensor. My question is, where is the vibration sensor? I cannot locate it on the parts diagram. Thank you.

I was working a WPRB8050D1CC GE WASHER, Water was all over the floor, I’m pretty sure that it was a water level sensor/switch. But how do you know how much water “how many inches” the switch is set to trip at? How full is High Med Low levels? The water came up to 3/4 of the drum and I shut it off, “That seemed way high”…

I am working on a Maytag dishwasher M# MDB6601AWB. The dishwasher programs and fills, but when it is done filling it does nothing for about a minute then shuts off. It will fill and cancel/drain every time. I have done the field service and manual function tests. It always says “low voltage”. I checked the motor windings and capacitor, both check good. I also checked; door switch, heater, and float switch. All three check out good. I have 120v to control board, but never any voltage to motor. Replaced main control, no improvement. Replaced control console, no improvement. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a GE ref model PFCS1NFZCSS, serial ZV309662 Ice maker not making ice. part number WR30X10087. I do not see a manual switch to get this ice maker to go into a harvest mode. Freezer was at -2 F, so temp is not an issue.
How do I get the ice maker to go into a harvest?

I have a GE ref model GFSS6KKYCSS, serial LT902433 Defrost drain tube for refrigerator (frost free section) is plugged. I used my steamer from the top and bottom (behind refrigerator by drain pan). The water in the ref was hot, but the water would not drain, so I don’t think it is ice blocking the tube. Tried sliding a wire through the drain tube, but the wire was stopped somewhere in the middle. Ran wire both ways thinking if something was in the tube, but no luck.
Is there anything else I can do? Is this drain tube accessible from any other place in the unit?

Replaced the main control on that Kenmore WP washer turns out it still was a pill. As I reported all lights were on and would not clear. New board was installed and unit started flashing rinse after several coin restarts it finally did start normal and I Could Get It Into Test Calibrate mode. I noticed the shifter glows red on this commercial washer.
