This is a vent less dryer. I have moisture is building up on the back side of the access cover to get to the condenser for cleaning. After 2-3 loads in dryer water will start showing up on floor. Drain pump is working fine. Dryer dries fine.
Anybody have experience with these models or ideas what is causing this? Thanks.

Complaint was the freezer was not cold enough. The refrigerator has no error codes. The PCB board on the back has an LED light that is blinking two times. From the service manual, the two blinks mean there is something wrong with the wire harness to the compressor or the compressor be bad. Checked wire harness and everything looked ok. I reset the refrigerator (unplugged) and the refrigerator started cooling and the LED on the board stopped blinking. The unit cooled correctly for a few days. Now the refrigerator is not cooling at all. Neither the refrigerator or freezer section is cooling. No error codes again. The LED light is blinking twice again and compressor is running. Checked for sealed system for any visible oil leak and couldn’t fine any. unplugged unit. The LED stopped blinking, but the refrigerator did not start cooling. Any suggestions?

I am having problems with a whirlpool washer model GHW9400PW4, serial CST1518888.
Getting F33 error, says it is overfilling or leaking and to check the pressure switch and flow meter.
I checked both, even tried new pressure switch and flow meter, still same problem, keeps filling.
Checked pressure switch hose (plugged one end, blew into hose) no air escapes, blow into hose when connected to tub, bubbles when water is in tub.
Ran diagnostics and it stops at C05. Try to stop diagnostics and pump runs. Unplug unit, plug back in and pump runs, can’t cancel. Only way to stop pump is to manually unlock door.
I’m at a lost here, can this be a bad main pcb (machine control microcomputer)?

I’m attaching the Fault Code Guide for Frigidaire Appliances, the E014 error code lost connection between the User Input Board and the main board. I bet the cracked cook top probably has something to do with it. Frigidaire Range says EO-14 Code is present . He has a bad cooktop as well frame cracked.

There’s a lot of ice around the fresh food evaporator cover and I’m defrosting it to check the drain. How can I keep it from freezing over?

This washer quit just before the spin cycle and seemed to take an extra long time draining. I checked the pump, drain hose, and all electronic components check out. I still seem to be missing something. Any thoughts?

There is a huge ball of ice engulfing the evaporator in the back of the unit, what would cause this to happen?

Have a new whirlpool coin op washer, ( vertical modular style ) ( CAE2743bQ0 ).
Washer console lights but no fill etc.
Any one have a manual or tech sheets available.

Freezer light not working and will not dispense water and ice. Ice maker not making ice and no water in ice maker mold.
I suspect this is all related. Found tech sheet and ran diagnostics. Appears ref door switches are working. Freezer door switch is working. Ref lights come on but the freezer light does not come on. No power to led lights for freezer (checked at light), checked for both ac and dc volts. Do I need to replace the PCB located at the top of the left ref door.
Would this be a correct diagnosis?

I have a GE refrig model: PFSF5RKZAWW that is Dead, no display, no interior lights, no fans, no compressor.
He verified 120 v through emi filter to the main board and inverter but unit will not fire up. Pulled individual harnesses to see if something may have been shorting low voltage but no change. He did change main board and user interface with same results.

Is it typical for these units to need both the ccu & mcu? In this case it also needed a diverter valve as well but customer have a hard time ok’ing the repair amount and there’s not much I can do to cut costs for them beyond our usual coupons.

I’ve worked on a few of these, and found the limiter open, so I replaced that, but still having issues. What am I missing? There must be something else.

This customer had been frustrated with her dishes not getting clean and was already pre rinsing, changing soaps, running on high heat, and trying everything she knew how. After arriving it did not take long to find that the spray arms were simply blocked up. After clearing them and running a quick wash to check their use, she was thrilled to have such an easy fix. Always check the basics, one is often the culprit.

Customer had a power outage and the display is not working now. There was a stored error code for the I/M that the customer is aware of and did not want fixed. Is it possible that a reset and diagnostics would be all that needs done here?

A different company diagnosed this customer’s dishwasher as needing a drain pump after only listening. But the customer explained that it was sometimes draining, just slowly and making an odd noise. We went out and cleared the drain pump of debris (a button!) and all is working fine. Please be sure to take a few minutes and properly diagnose to avoid the hassle of ordering parts for a problem that has an easy fix!

Samsung Range the oven wasn’t reaching temp. Upon arrival at the home the clock was dead. It will turn on when any burner is turned on. The burners won’t come on and the oven won’t come on. We can’t find any paperwork with the range.
Any and all advice would be appreciated, a Service manual would be a great help.
Thanks in advance.
