Refrigerator side not cold, display control board temperature option not select able, only freezer side display light 6,7. when unplug power cord and wait for 15 second plug power cord back in then display control board work again sometime it stay on for 5 mins or some times it stay on longer. evaporator fan have continuity but not blowing. temperature sensor and heating element have continuity. i have replace a new display control board but that did not help. what else could it be. could you please help me diagnose step by step to pin point the main issue. thank you.

Customer said one time no burners would come on when set. Now the right front won’t boil water. Could this be a bad appliance manager board? Both duel elements work. Even on number 10 setting it will go off with a pan of water on it. Any advice welcome.

Freezing in the fresh fruit section -10°F
Replaced evaporator cover in the fresh food section about six months ago and it came with the sensor imbedded But two weeks ago customer told me it started to freeze on the fresh food section. Diagnostic mode didn’t find any error codes and all the boards look great condition the one in the bottom left makes a little chirping but I’m guessing that’s normal because following the wiring diagram I noticed that the fresh food section refrigerator Temperature sensor runs to the main control board.
(Every time I forget anything in the question section on the website and it reloads telling me to add that information it will not display the brand even if I type out the whole thing seems like a glitch so I have to either go back and reload the whole page or put in a different brand on the brand selector and then the correct brand and the question description )

I would like to know how to remove the mounting screw on the bottom of the unit. Do we have to remove the front door out? Would you let us know? The bottom screws are blocked with front door hinge , and not able to access the screw to be out. Thank you.

I have a combo / stackable washer dryer from Whirlpool. The customer complaint is that it doesn’t shut off. She tried all 3 cycles and it won’t turn off.

Is there a way to check / test the timer? To make sure it’s not anything else. I don’t want to spend the money for a timer ONLY to find out that it could be something else.

The blower runs continually. You can program the bake or broil temperature but nothing happens. When the unit first powers up F.14 appears the It disappears and the clock time appears. What is f14? I need the tech sheet.

Customer called me after first repair, said washer worked for a few loads. Now it is not spinning fast or not draining all of the water out.
