Unit will run to countdown of 1 on timer then stays there running without draining. Yet it will drain fine if reset or stopped and another cycle is started. Its spotlessly clean and customer just stops it, resets it so it drains and takes her dishes out. Aqua sensor? board? Cant find a diagnostic manual for this or a tech sheet. Im just learning dishwashers.

Is there a seal on the mode shifter that can let water leak through it and come out at the nut on the bottom of the main drive pulley

GOOD MORNING. I WAS TOLD THAT THE OVEN WAS SET TO 400 AND REACHED TEMP, BUT THEN WILL DROP TO 350. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT, AS I HAVE NEVER WORKED ON A CONVECTION OVEN, AND I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO REMOVE THIS OVEN FROM THE WALL. THANKS, TODD FROM NY.

My refrigerator was not working properly so I had to change the control board and it didn’t work and the model number of the original control board is F52725 and the model number of the substitute control board is 5303918514 and I install it and it did not work ether. Nothing is working because I did it with manual instructions but, nothing is working I just want t know why is not working or what do I have to do.

This unit will not spin out. The time will say 7 minutes, then it will increase to 11 minutes. It will not complete the cycle. The basket will tumble and the drain pump cycles on and off. The drain pump does work and will drain the unit before it starts the spin cycle.
I put it in rinse and spin cycle and the unit stayed at 9 minute mark for over 10 minutes until I powered it down.
Customer did not recall seeing any error codes and I could not find a tech sheet to go into service mode to check for error codes.

I HAVE A MAYTAG WASHER MVWC6ESWW1 WASHER WON’T DO A SMALL LOAD IT WILL ONLY DO FULL LOADS. I REPLACED THE ATC SWITCH AND IT STILL FILLS ALL THE WAY. THIS MACHINE IS ONE OF THE FIRST DIRECT DRIVE MACHINES THAT HAS THIS NOT SMALL ,MED. LARGE LOADS IT HAS TAP COLD, COOL BRIGHTS,COOL DARKS ,HOT, WARM THIS SWITCH MAKES NO SENSE I EVEN TRIED REPLACING AGAIN STILL THE SAME IS THERE SOMETHING I’M MISSING THE MACHINE WILL FILL ALL THE WAY AND THEN START AGITATING BUT NOT SMALL WOULD APPRECIATE HELP WITH THIS IF POSSIBLE.

I have a Samsung front load washer that goes out of balance on high spin. It is in a newer mobile home and the customer has not had this issue until lately.
I replaced suspension springs and front shocks. I did not replace rear shocks yet because of difficulty in moving this unit to access the rear.
This unit is several years old. After doing some research, one item I did not check was to see if there was any movement in the tub to determine if the washer drum shaft may be going bad. I see the outer rear tub is discontinued and this part houses the rear bearing.
I would appreciate any suggestions on repairing this unit.

Was beeping heating alarm on the panel replaced fresh food section temperature sensor that was $70 and the alarm went away but freezer and fridge still both extremely cold. Eggs and everything else get frozen in the fresh food section and freezer ice cream turns into a rock. I ordered the low-voltage board because that’s what controls the temperature should I have ordered something else as well?

i need see how to replace the left door hinge? also im only allowed 4 questions? im trying to see the purpose of me paying this if i have to ask questions because the model numbers are not coming up. i put in 3 different model numbers and i got nothing. i can see if i did one and got nothing but all 3?? how do u navigate the site? service pointer etc. ju guys dont even have a phone number to contact about this .

Not cooling

No display

The refrigerator is not working(NO power and lights but three(3) small LED(meat, deli& produce selection) are blinking on the Glide and serve drawer of inside refrigerator) lafter 24hours poweroutage due to Hurricane Irma.

This has a refrigerator evaporator that is in the top of the refrigerator section. The drain freezes over causing a leak.
We cleared the drain a month ago but it froze over again. Looking to see if there is some kind of service bulletin for such a problem.

i need to see how to put this model belt on its a dryer

I have a Samsung washer that got in that does not turn. the upper board had a burn mark on it so I thought that was it. but when I put the new board in the pump stared running and will not turn off and it still will not turn. no error codes it just sits there. I changed the stator and the door locking switch the only thing left is the face board. any thoughts?

Cannot change the preheat temp. Stuck on 285. Anything that can help that?

I have a customer that has a Majic Chef washer/ dryer combo that I have never seen before. It is a washer dryer all in one!
The washer part works fine, but the dryer is not drying. So Majic Chef sent me a heater. BUT, I don’t know anything about this machine. Would you be able to point me in the right direction on replacing the heater?

Digital display responds to touch and was set to 45 f in the fresh food section but when I press colder it displays 35f really quick then back to 45f. After resetting the fridge several times it finally allowed me to to click the set temperate colder and lowered to 35f. Wondering if it’s the display that’s defective and what part should I replace just the display panel because it’s connected with a touch membrane but when I selected to go down it responded to my touch but did not go down 1° every click until I reset it.

Magic Chef sent him a main pcb. They asked me to replace the board. Since it is brand new, and I can’t find any information at searsparts.com.
Can you tell me where it is located? And ( how difficult) it is or not to replace?

GOOD EVENING. THE UNIT WILL LIGHT, BUT ONLY FOR ABOUT 3 TO 4 SECONDS. I GET AN OHMS READING ON THE GLOW STICK OF 90. I TESTED ALL THE THERMOS AND THE FLAME SENSOR AND THEY HAVE CONTINUITY. I JUMPED THE FLAME SENSOR AND THE GLOW STICK WORKED BUT IT WOULD NOT ENGAGE THE GAS SOLINOIDS AND NOT LIGHT UNTIL I PULLED OFF THE JUMPER. I WAS THINKING THAT THE GAS SOLINOIDS ARE BAD AND LETTING GO AFTER IT LIGHTS UP BUT I AM NOT 100%. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT AS I DO NOT KNOW WHAT PART TO BUY.. THANKS, TODD FROM NY.
