WHEN YOU TURN THE WASHER ON IT INSTANTLY GOES INTO DRAIN MODE AND WILL NOT STOP, THEREFORE THROWING THE NF CODE. THE WATER VALVES WERE CHANGED. THE WASHER WILL RUN WITH THE DOOR OPEN OR CLOSED, BUT WILL NOT PROGRESS PAST THE INITIAL DRAIN. PRESSURE SWITCH SEEMED GOOD, NO BLOCKAGE IN FILL TUBE HOSE, DRAIN FILTER WAS CLEAN. ANY IDEAS?

Error code EY (or5Y) ES.
Was recommended to place the main power board (under the front let side) used part number 241996320
Replaced the board yesterday and it started up and was running fine now late this morning it stopped again with the same error code.
What would you recommend next. The unit is 3 years old.

I am looking for the correct part number for the water valve or water inlet/filter assembly for a Samsung model RF4267HARS/XAA-0001. The part number DA97-11340A is listed on the breakdown, however, the inlet valve in this assembly uses a different wiring harness. The original harness has 3 plugs: 1×2, 1×3, and 2×3

Hello Techs. Bake and broil will not work because of door locked code. Need a service manual wiring diagram . Self clean mode works. Surface units work.

I have a washer that when it is going in the high spin it makes a whistle sound until it get in the high speed then its fine. any thoughts?

The complaint is random numbers on the display and display flashes. I have started the unit and it seems to work fine . Do you have a service manual. That I might see if the unit has stored any service codes.

I am having the customer to unplug and thaw the unit. It is frozen in solid. This is a french door with the Ice room in the top left side of the refrigerator section. I need the service manual so I can run the diagnostice on it when it thaws and any pointers what to be looking for. Have you seen this before? Does the video about the diagnostics on the Samsung model apply to this one? The model # is different?

Burners now come on sporadically but are mostly out.

When I arrived the freezer was frosted up. I put it in the service mode in defrost and the heater did not come on. I found the defrost thermostat was open. I removed it and temporally bypassed it and still no voltage , nothing coming to the heater. is this a main board issue plus the DFTS? I need a service manuel. The tech sheet does not give much information.

Hello Appliance techs, I am working on a G.E. gas profile range, the bake and the broil does not ignite. the convection fan does not run. customer said lightning hit the house damaged phones and outlets throughout the house. I have checked both igniters and the oven sensor all check good, when you turn bake or broil on digital read out display reads 100. oven does not light or heat.my thoughts are the control board is damaged. I do not have a wiring diagram or a schematic on this range do you have a service manual on this range. any thing else you think I should check or might have missed. thank you for your time and your help.

What is the best way to determine what the problem is on the ice maker?

I was a little stumped when I was asked to walk a customer thru the actual process of a freezer defrost thermostat.
He wants to know step by step what a thermostat does and how it works.

I have a washer that look like its running fine for around 15 min then just shuts off no error or anything.

I checked the continuity on the heating element and it was bad. So, I replaced it. Presses the heater control board, and nothing happened.
Is there a way to test the board?

How do I gain access to springs.

One door spring broke, should I replace both?
Access to replace springs. Video etc.
Do I have to watch out for fragile ribbon cable on top panel that can crack.
