Followed LG’s guide to level doors but doesn’t work. Is there any parts I need to look at to make the door go up? Turned the nut to the right as far as it can but still too low. Mullion is not even catching because it’s too low. Followed this guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nVpR3J8g0C0

Samsung top load washer – each cycle will work in the customer manually moves setting – but if left on it’s own it doesn’t go into a spin cycle and gives an E3 error code. MODEL WA456DRHDWR/AA
SERIAL Y01X5AEC401444H. After doing research we saw that the culprit could be the hall sensor (dc31-00154a), this did not solve our problem. At this point we are guessing that it could be the state or control board, but are not very confident in this diagnosis.

What is the best way to remove and replace the condenser fan motor on this model? Any tips? Thank you.

Our tech was diagnosing a noise coming from the freezer section of this unit. He found ice build up on the cover of the fan. He took the cover off and found no frost build up on evaporator. He described a partial frost pattern as if the unit could have just come out of defrost. Refrigerator and freezer temps were good.

Was dispensing ice from icemaker when frig went completely dark. All lights on outside including controls and the inside went out. Compressor and fans went off. Thought circuit breaker popped. Checked breaker in basement it was not tripped. Checked outlet using hair dryer (high draw) worked fine. Looked into icemaker and found a white part (thermistor maye?) with two wires wrapped around the auger and broken off with the 2 leads going back to the harness shorted together. removed the short unplugged the unit from the wall over night but has not solved the issue. Some investigation online has me suspecting the main control board. Is there any way to verify that?

Thanks

I think this problem is coming from the clutch housing and have never replaced one. Is there a video or repair manual for this model?
Thanks Charley

The temperatures were 17 and 45 and the control was set at the maximum. The drain is clear. When I arrived the unit was off as if the control was reading satisified when the temperatures were 17/45. All the diagnostics were passed. The complaint was that water is gathering in the drawer left hand bottom crisper. Upon inspection I saw condensation forming in that drawer on the glass shelf. All gaskets seal great. Is there a bullitin or problem with these of this nature and possibly long off times?

My customer broke the timer shaft on her dryer. She doesn’t want to replace the timer if I can somehow fix it. The knob and shaft separated from the timer.
I have fixed a customer’s water dispenser on his fridge door by installing a $4.00 door bell push button device. He didn’t care how it looked, he just wanted his water to work.
Is there a way that I can get her timer to work, without buying another $120.00 plus timer.

GOOD MORNING. WHEN I GOT THERE THE WASHER HAD WATER IN THE TUB. I PUT THE DIAL ON SPIN AND DRAIN AND PRESSED START. AT THIS POINT FOR ABOUT 2 SECONDS I HEARD THE PUMP ENGAGE AND SOME WATER CAME THROUGH THE LINE. IT THEN STOPPED AND TRIED TO START THE SPIN CYCLE, BUT THEN IT CUT OFF. I TESTED VOLTAGE TO PUMP AND FOUND 110 VOLTS AT ALL TIMES, EVEN WHEN THE WASHER WAS NOT IN ANY CYCLE. PULLED OUT THE PUMP AND PUT 110 VOLTS TO IT AND IT WAS SPINNING WELL. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT. THANKS, TODD FROM NY.

I know AC systems have temperature sensor on the condenser coils to know when to kick on the condenser fan but do refrigerators have this as well? I replaced the condenser motor and it still won’t come on and the compressor is nearing 200°F . I just shorted the wiring to eliminate the switch from the relay and now it will always be running. Better to kill the new condenser motor then the compressor or relay right? Two questions:
How long could a condenser fan run before dying nonstop?
What could be causing this ? The relay or wiring possibly? Motor is getting proper voltage but the switch is not receiving the five bolts for the activation so I bypassed the motor 13.5v line over to the switch and disconnected the switch so it doesn’t run the voltage back to the relay and fry the relay.
