Repair Help

Hi, Cannot get this machine to enter the diagnostic mode. Took out the board and it looked good, not obvious marks. Any ideas?

the broil works fine .
but the bake will not glow or heat.
the ignitor is good.
on the panel it says 100f
and stays at that.
also if I put on convention the fan will not start.
I don’t know if it needs to heat up first.
but only the bake ignitor is not working

Tried to put into diagnostic mode, would not except. Unpluged the unit and tried within 6 sec’s still won’t. When you hold the start button for 3 sec’s it llocks the door and under the unit the actuator moves back and forth then tries to run the mot.or. The motor stops then actuator moves back and forth again and doen’t do anything. Not getting it to go in diagnostic mode you can’t tell whats going on. any thing you might know about this machine would be helpful.
I checked the computer board all plugs are seated and all tight. The drain pump works and drains the water out.

the unit will go on a 44 minute cycle.
and it’s at 43 for over ten minutes.
I cleaned out the drain line.
I hear some noise from the motor but it will not turn .( I can turn it by hand ).
and every few minutes I hear the water go in for about 1 second.

the freezer is not really cold
I checked the freon in the compressor it was -10.
I tried to fill it but I’m still getting the same reading.
I put a leak sealant and when I put the gauge on it goes to 60psi put then drops back down to -10.
please advise
