I’ve replaced the main board and heater already myself but must have done something wrong because the HE error code is still coming up. Did I get a bad heater? Or could there still be a different issue? Thanks for your help.

Have a gas dryer not starting, think I’ve narrowed it down to a thermistor and thermal fuse, but am having a hard time on the lookup, do you have that information handy?

This unit has a door that’s not closing properly, and possibly a control issue. I explained to the customer that it could be either, but would a new door hinge really be the first route to go, or should I also order the control just in case? The door latches and isn’t leaking, but it doesn’t sit correctly.

Ran through diagnostics . All OK , except when trying to agitate , agitates a few times , stops and displays OL. This is with no clothes in it and about 10 inches of water . Works fine on spin , can increase the spin speed up to the fastest. Feel it MAY be the basket is not “floating ” with water in it. 1. does the basket float up noticeably ? 2 . How hard is it to get the basket out ?

Just wanted someone to confirm this as a spark module for me and looking for part information. Thanks!

The unit keeps getting a low water error and everything I could think of checks out: inlet valves, water pressure, fills with correct amount of water, board/panel is fine, cleared some minor debris from the pump, and checked that the float works. What am I missing?

I have a bad ice maker in this fridge and need to change it out. It’s a french door bottom mount and it’s located up in the top left of the fresh food section. I haven’t done too many of these and wanted to know if you had a video that could help me out? Most I found weren’t similar to what I have. Thanks.

Could a broken belt be the issue here? I checked all the electrical components and they seemed fine. Still have it all apart and don’t want to reassemble it to find there’s something else going on. I did clean out a lot of lint from the housing and venting and am guessing that’s where the burning smell was coming from. Am hoping this was just a simple and easy fix!

Been doing some research and think it’s an Ice Fan issue, would like to take a part with me, can someone confirm this and possibly what to purchase?

This unit was failing to go through it’s defrost cycle in the freezer, and the fresh food side wasn’t cooling. Narrowed it down to the evaporator fan motor assembly failing and the fresh food fan was bad as well. Having a heck of time finding part information on these two and was hoping for some help. Really appreciate what you have going here and have been telling all my guys to hop and and use this when necessary.

Came across an ice maker not producing and need some part information. Haven’t done too many repairs on this brand and have been watching some of your videos to get me familiar. Really appreciate this.

I am trying to figure out the correct control board on the back of this LG refrigerator. On the Sears web site it only shows one series and the board # EBR73304217. On the LG web site it show two different series of the same refrigerator. The only think different I can fine is a “Suffix” code. One series uses board # EBR67348003 and the other series use the one from the Sears web site. I attached a copy of the model and serial tag. I am hoping someone with more LG experience can help educate me.

I’m also looking at a dryer that doesn’t turn off at the end of the cycle. Am thinking it’s a main control issue?

Washer is leaking water on the floor. There is carpet under the washer and it is wet. I find no leaks when I am testing. I suspect over flow of the drain but I could not reproduce this suspicion. I had also thought inlet valve or water level switch but it is not over filling for me. Any chance that these parts would have an intermittent failure? The washer spins and agitates fine. No water leaking from the tub seal. Water pump looks good too. Hoses check out good. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
