My washing machine fills up but doesn’t actually start. I came down hours later to find it had never began the load I put in. I was able to restart it and it worked all day yesterday. Just came down to find the same thing today. Why would it work sometimes and not others?

This dishwasher we have seems to only be cleaning the bottom rack, the top has a lot of leftover stuff left on the dishes. I checked hot water coming in, and even cleaned the spinners out from another video I saw on here. Now what?

Last week I opened the fridge to find frost everywhere. And then this week it seemed to not be keeping temperature. I’m at a loss and not very handy but am trying to have my husband take a look before calling in someone else. Thanks in advance for this!

The water dispenser in the door gives me water for a very brief couple seconds and then just trickles out like it’s not on or something. I seem to still be getting ice made so I have no clue as to why the door won’t give me water. What can I check to figure this out myself?

I’ve got this thing apart and have been checking parts to find the problem. It was tripping the breaker consistently and now I’m not sure what’s causing it. Checked the board, seemed fine. Checked the igniter, also good. Getting proper power to and from unit and the wall, so can anyone help me out?

I have Fisher & Paykel Top loading Dryer.

Recently it stopped drying. A repair person came out and reset the thermostat and advised me to have the venting to the outside cleaned out. I got the venting cleaned out, then it tripped again. He came back out and removed the drum behind the lint bucket and cleaned that out along with resetting the thermostat.

The thermostat intermittently will trip. I have noticed it trips less frequently if I use timed dry vs. the sensing dry. I can reset and it will keep drying. The heat works.

I am trying to determine if it’s just the thermostat I should replace or if there is a part for the sensing functionality that should also be replaced.

Advice is appreciated.

We have had our Maytag dishwasher for a few years. The door will not open. The latch seems lose and it you try to open it, the latch get pushed up and jammed. Is there a way to open the door so I can check the latch?

I am looking for a way to access my drain pump as I’m getting error code E01 & F09. I see one of your videos that shows removing the kick panel to get to the pump but my washer doesn’t have a kick panel, it has an entire front face panel.

Didn’t get any voltage across the heater element terminals on my WED9470WW1 Duet dryer. Pulled wires from high limit thermostat and thermal cutoff on the heater box. Got continuity on both. The heater element had continuity as well when tested with its wires removed from the terminals. Getting 240v from the outlet. Don’t know what to would be most likely culprit to check next. On the blower housing, the fuse has continuity, the only weird thing I found is that the thermistor has a resistance reading of 14k ohms. in 70 degree room temp. Heard these should be around 12k ohm. Could this cut the heat? Or is controller or controller relay higher probability of fault? Can the controllers relay be tested? BTW best video on the topic. Thank you !

Our dishwasher comes on, lights up, and fills, but then won’t actually wash. It just stops and there’s almost a low hum noise. My husband got it to cancel and drain and I redid it thinking it was a fluke, but exact same thing happened. What should we do from here?

Our dryer seems to be getting too hot and then shutting down. Normally I can wait and restart it to finish a load but not always. We’re on a 2nd story of a duplex and I tried checking the outside venting, but it looked clear where it exited the house. Any other thoughts? Could the hi limit fuse just be going bad? Or maybe the thermostat?

My washer is making some very unusual and strange noises during it’s cycle. I just got it not long ago and I don’t ever remember my old one sounding like this. How would I know what’s normal and what might be a problem? Should I have a service call on it just to make sure? I’d hate to let something go that could cause damage down the road.

Our refrigerator is not staying cold and the freezer has quit as well. We don’t hear any fans running, and I’m pretty positive the compressor is not coming on either. Is it dead? Do I need a new one? Where should I begin in finding the problem?

So my refrigerator is completely broken with the cold air switch not functioning and the lights don’t work. The cold air functions a little only when i turn it off but when i put it on low-medium-high setting, it completely does not work. The three lights do not work but the light bulbs are brand new. To resolve this, i replaced the bi-metal defroster and defrost timer for the refrigerator. But the results are the same and my refrigerator is still broken. Any suggestions as to how i can fix this?

I have a code 09 when I run the diagnostics from the panel. My dryer will beep 3 three times when after pressing power and then pressing the start button. The drum light is not lit but tested good. I’m thinking it’s the door switch, correct?

Thank you!

Noticed things defrosting in freezer, then noticed fridge not cool. Took panel off the inside of freezer to expose coils. Fair amount of ice on the coils and equipment above coils. I spent a fair amount of time searching on the internet and kept checking back. About 2 hours after search began, I checked the freezer again. The defrost heater was red and ice was melting but the fan above it has yet to come on this whole time. The fan blade itself was not frozen and if i manually spin it, it spins freely. What can be wrong? Thank you!

I replaced the clock oven control unit with a like part. Made all connections same way as on old part.
Still no heating to burners or oven. Clock will light and ask to reset time, but goes off when turn off the knobs to burner.
Is there some other part that could be bad.

No heat to burners or oven,
