GE FRONT LOAD WASHER; WON’T TUMBLE OR SPIN
FILLS AND DRAINS OKAY

Eight months ago it did the same thing. Then it displayed ErFs shorted or disconnected freezer sensor . I chocked the ohms. There was some variation. I changed the sensor and it worked for 8 months.
Then it reoccured. They lost everything in the freezer but said the refrigerator section was ok. Then it worked fine for several days then both sections failed and lost All their food.
I just checked it for error codes and it showed NONE.
Is there no end to these kinds of situations?????
What do you all do in these situations. I know you must face them almost daily. You can’t just throw parts at it.
Are there any service bulletins for this. Any video’s or technical training that can help now and in the future???

The ice maker in my Samsung refrigerator is not working or working slowly.

There is a lot of ice build up on the back wall of my freezer. What type of issue would cause this. Also ive been seeing “4E” pop up on the screen.

Both the fresh food and the freezer temp. sensors are reading low (-10 to -13 )each . The main board had been sent out last year for reconditioning , appearantly it’s long longer available. can we calibrate the sensors??

Buttons are not working. Also getting C-40 error.

For starters not a fan of Samsung products,
We have changed the water valves and pressure switch.Checked the pressure switch hose for cuts all checks okay.
Unit fills with water drains it out then trows 4e error code ?

UPRIGHT BUILT IN FREEZER, THE CONTROL PANEL WENT BAD ON IT. THE FREEZER STILL HAS POWER.
NO DISPLAY AND NO COOLING

very noisy on spin , need tare down vidio to replace bearings and seal .

There is an inch of ice in the floor of the ice room. Is there a service bulletin on this issues?
I suppose the customer has to let it thaw out.
Is this a problem with the water valve? The FILTER has been changed and water pressure is good. The icemaker was replaced 8 months ago.
Any information about this would be helpful.

How do you take the unit apart to get inside to test the components?
