I have a Frigidaire Model FFHS2622MSVA. The ice maker no longer will make ice. When I watch the inside of the freezer, it appears that the ice dispensing unit still goes through the cycle, there just is not any cubes for it to dump out. I thought it might be the main water valve, however, the water dispensing unit on the fridge still works great. Any suggestions?

My KitchenAid dishwasher has an intermittent problem. Sometimes the buttons will not respond. If I flip the circuit breaker for the dishwasher the buttons come back on. This happens 2-3 times a week, then won’t for ~3 weeks, then happens again. Otherwise operation is fine.

DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A SERVICE BULLETON FOR LG UE ERROR CODE. UNIT KEEPS SHOWING UE ERROR CODE EVEN WHEN ITS EMPTY. ALSO WON’T COMPLETE A CYCLE. KEEPS STOPPING AND SHOWING UE ERROR CODE.

FFIM water tube keeps forming ice plug. I can break out the plug and ice maker resumes normal operation for about a week until it plugs again. Ran diagnostic mode on ice maker and everything seems to be normal.

My washer is not spinning properly and I’m wondering if I have a faulty relay in the control panel. In manual mode, the spin test (high and low) was not working. This led me to replace the motor capacitor. The motor capacitor was replaced, but now the spin tests time out after 5 or 10 seconds. Do I have a bad sensor or a bad relay? And would a replacement of the control board panel be in order?

Trying to find out how to disassemble the bottom crisper to get to the dual water valve.

After defrosting the evaporator I tested the sensor it worked fine. Not sure about the heater. I got a resistance reading of 101.8 ohms though. the heater and bimetal. Can you get me a tech sheet with the resistance value on the defrost heater?

I was going to replace the bering but after takeing out the tub the medal plate was of the header was off and scraping the drum, I did take of the motor stater and and shifter to replace the berring kit but wasent needed. then put it back togather and I cant get it to spin or agitate so i need to put into a test mode to test the spin and agitate

Since you guys work on refrigerators every day and are factory authorized repair technicians, what is the best refrigerator to buy in 2019?

I have a Bosch dishwasher model SHP65T52UC/07. I replaced a broken handle on the door. Manufacturer Part Number: 12012912. I mistakenly removed the 2 screws holding the door hinge on the right side of the door when I removed the door panel. This resulted in a great deal of effort and consternation for me to replace the screws in the hinge. When I disassembled the door panel a wire came loose. It is the red wire at the center of the controls. I replaced the wire, but I do not have power to the controls. Could I have disconnected any other wires that are not visible to me or is there some other cause of the lack of power? I have checked my circuit breakers and I have power to the junction box where my dishwasher power cord connects. The breaker did not trip. I have tried to reset the dishwasher by pressing the start button for 3-5 seconds without success.

My client said it was cold and twenty-four hours later it was warm. When I check on it I found the evap and condenser fans running but not the compressor. I checked the overload and it was good, and there was 120v present at overload, did not find any voltage between any of the three wires that go to black plug that makes up to compressor terminals -wires are black, blue and purple. I suspect the inverter PCB is failed and wondered what you thought? Thank you.

This is the first time I have seen this one. It was frozen and about to over flow so the ice maker could not harvest the cubes till I removed it and emptied it then it went through the cycle. I like the test switch. I ran it through 2 times but the customer called and said it only make one batch of cubes. Is there any electronics in this ice maker that make diagnosis tricky?

Any training advice would be appreciated. I watched the Appliance video but I was wondering about any valve issues or diadodes could cause this?

I am looking for a tech sheet for this dishwasher. Initial diagnostic mode we determined the door latch and strike should be replaced. The homeowner previously replaced the wire harness and main PCB board. After replacing latch the machine won’t start. When go into diagnostic all lights blink even when door is shut. Will not enter service mode at all. Hopefully you can send a tech sheet for this model please

Oven. Would not bake. Replaced e.o.c. Now the oven will come on but the bake element only gets 110 to it so it will only get warm. If you put it into broil the broil element works. When I put it into bake no voltage come out of relay with the yellow wire coming out of it that goes down to the bake element. Checked wires from control to bake element they check out ok. Any help would sure be appreciated. Thanks

I’m not seeing a damper in refrigerator save in I/M room. Crisper and side controls off. Where is this refrigerator getting it’s cold air and how is it controlled? From Ice room and or freezer evaporator? Where are the vents for the air? Thank you.

This is a side-by-side Samsung refrigerator where neither fan is currently operating both bottoms are called in the coils are getting cold but me there fan is operated I tried installing a 2500 rpm Samsung refrigerator fan and also did not operate could this be caused by a faulty control board possibly I am trying to repair this for my Customer asap because Christmas is around the corner.

Hello, we’ve been having issues with our ice maker , not dispensing ice. we have changed the motor yet it still doesn’t work. what can we do?

BEFORE I GOT THE CALL THE ICE MAKER WPW10251076 AND WATER VALVE WPW10341320 WERE REPLACED AND STILL NO ICE. REFRIG HAS BEEN SHUT DOWN AND DEFROSTED WITH DOORS OPEN FOR 24 HRS. i KNOW THE PARTS WERE CHANGED AND I CHECKED, AND IT WAS DONE CORRECTLY. THEN I REPLACED THE EMITTER BOARD WPW10518658 AND CONTROL ELEC W10870822 AND STILL NO ICE . ALSO FOUND NO WATER LEAKING. REFRIG IS 5 YEARS OLD AND LOOKS LIKE NEW IN A WELL MAINTAIN HOUSE. NICE AND CLEAN. WHAT COULD ELSE COULD IT BE? THANKS RODNEY
