First complain – it is making a loud noise and now not working(Not cold enough)

CONVECTION FAN MOTOR STOP WORKING IN THE MIDDLE OF PRE-HEATING ALSO THE CONTROL PANEL GETS HOT, WHAT CAN CAUSE THAT?

I replaced a touchpad and PCB due to the touchpad wasn’t working and it intermittently would beep. When I opened the the control panel I quickly figured out the issue. At some point there was a bad roach infestation the board was covered in feces and dead roaches. I replaced the control board and touchpad and now everything works except the two rear burners. I checked the switches they were fine I went to the element both have 240 VAC to them. When I ohmed them out they are both open.i checked them 3 weeks prior when parts were ordered and they were working and customer states they were working before the repair. I didn’t check prior to repair so I’m not sure. Any ideas

Already have the diagnostic manual to a similar model. Bake element hidden but broiler element exposed. Set oven to 350 but the elements never seem to turn off after preheat to 350 exceeding 600F based on my temperature gun. Since bake element is hidden I tested the DBL relay to bake and broil element connection on relay board with the oven slightly pulled out of the wall. Both get constant 240vac until I hit cancel on panel making me believe it’s not a stuck relay. Also tested temperature sensor connection molex leading to the clock board (unfortunately after oven was hot) and as the door was open, resistance was dropping leading me to believe its most likely not the sensor but possibly the clock board not processing the readings? I’m thinking to replace sensor and clock board what do you guys suggest?

I have never done it before.

Food freezes only on shelf under the Ice-maker Ice room in the fresh food section.

Do you have a service manual I could get?

I removed the old thermistor and measured the resistance in a glass of ice water and got 4.99 omes. I then took the new thermistor and put it in ice water and got 6.3 oms. My question is with the difference of 10 omes is the old thermistor still good.

WATER LEAK IN A FRESH FOOD SECTION, LOOKS LIKE IT COULD BE WATER FILTER, WATER FILTER HOUSING OR VALVES BEHIND IT (2 WATER VALVES ).

NOTHING WORKING IN FRIDGE ONLY LIGHTS
REPLACED BOARD WITH PART NUMBER EBR77042513 AND EVERYTHING WOKRING NOW HOWEVER THE ONE LIGHT IN FRIDGE CABINET NOT COMING ON .

The light on the bottom of the French door does not come on when the middle drawer is opened. Where is the light switch in the middle drawer?
I need a service manual and advice so I can do the diagnistic tests for the lights and switches.

The dishwasher has power. The Hi-scrub light is on. No switches will activate any function. Nothing comes on when the door is closed.

I did have a customer called for installation for hot water and faucet only tree hose one black and red and write I need to know where how witch is going to water source?

Ran the diagnostics tests and when it was done the light on the high temp wash and heated dry buttons were on. Every thing on the diagnostics checked ok. Fill drain wash heater all worked ok. The lights were on until I opened the door. Could not find any thing on diagram about the two lights. Any help would sure help.

The unit has a display and was giving a bunch of error codes 4E, 5E, 25E, 40E all related to the freezer which was not defrosting. I reset the unit and tested all sensors and defrost bimetal. Everything tested for so I decided to replace the defrost thermostat. When I came back the next day it had defrosted and was running for… Maybe me messing with it triggered a defrost so I replaced the thermostat anyways and left. My question is I followed the self diagnostic instructions and the unit just wouldn’t go into diagnostic even tho it says to 1) hold the top left and right corner until a message appears 2) …
I need the full diagnostic manual and any other tips. Issue has not returned it’s been a week.

What is the most common cause of freezing temp in fresh food section, sometimes. Bd. sensor or damper assy.

Samsung french door refrigerator is not dispensing water. The customer recently replaced the water filter. Checked the water filter for proper installation – checked fine.

Disconnected the quick connect fitting at the top of the left hand fresh food door and blew through without obstruction – no ice build up.

Press the water dispenser paddle and here the valve being activate – but no water dispenses.

I also received an answer 1 hour ago which suggest me to go to page 62 of Job aid.
But i cannot find Job aid page of Tab!

What buttons do you have to push to get the dishwasher to go into diagnostics to reset control when the clean light is flashing 7 times and pauses and goes through that over and over. Have replaced the heater but some idiot took the diagnostic chart so I don’t know what the correct buttons are. Thanks for all your help.

I believe it is problem with defrost sensor of timer, but i didnot know where is it?
Do you have any video to show how to un-assemble it?
