I have a customer who owns viking range and she is complaining that one of the burner continues to click after she lit it ? also when I was there two burners in the rear didn’t spark when I turned on valve ?
do you think that it has more then one issues ?

I requested service information on this Jenn Air range. I felt that the electronic control board was bad. I replaced the control board . I have the almost same symptom . However both boards react in the same manner, when I try to put them in the service mode both will freeze up and some times freeze up before you get into the service mode. Neither bake nor broil will work. Both glow bars come on bake pulling 3.14 amps(with new board) 2.85(with original board) broil pulls 3.49( with new board) 3.25(original board) . With either board you can start into the menu and it will just lock up and I have to reset the breaker to start over. My thoughts are both original and new board are bad. Please advise , any thing you think I might have over looked. According to the manual it takes between 3.20 and 3.60 to open the gas valve. The current only stays over 3 amps on both bake and broil for about 2 to 3 seconds and rapidly drops off.

Can you please post a video to fix the following issue with my Whirlpool WRF560SEYB00 refrigerator. The lid on the water filter housing unit now always pops open whenever I press the water button on the door. Furthermore no water comes out and therefore no ice is being made either. I do have the authorized filter made for the refrigerator and there are no damages to the prongs.

It started out with no ice, found the water valve needed replacing. Part number da97-12661a. I cycled icemaker and it fills with water. I checked temperature in ice room, it is 3 degrees. I made sure the fill tube is installed properly. Don’t know what else to do. Thanks Ray

I ordered the Drain Pump and received the circulation kit harness as well. Does it differ how installation is done or not

Hello, as soon as you start the washer it says suds and f35. I bought a brand new pressure switch and changed the rubber hose going to the pressure switch and put a new pump on. I run the test mode and it says the pressure switch is bad any thoughts?

Hello Gentelmen, would like to obtain the service information on this Jenn Air Gas range.
The oven will start to heat at first then shuts down. I noticed the display blanks and clears off .
If you have a service manual, wiring diagram, schematic, service bulletins. Have not made any checks yet.

I put the unit in diagnostic mode and the icemaker would not work, so I cleared the code and changed the icemaker. Did the icemaker test, and everything seemed ok. Customer called and said still wasn’t working. The ice is frozen in the icemaker, but will not dump. Check codes and they are now code 2, 10, 7 all appearing 1 time 3 days ago. i am a little confused on what to due here. I think it is the thermistor in the icemaker compartment, but not 100% sure. Any suggestions?

NO VOLTAGE TO LITE OR DISPLAY

Samsung washer drain put leave water left in drum . Dry inside but when you turn the drum you can hear the left over water

Also water coming back into detergent tray after a cycle . Don’t know if this can be related.

Error code RFerror code RF sometimes doesn’t want to cool in the fresh food and won’t dispense water or ice when error code is present. Deli drawer freezes over too when it does start cooling damper door seems to be working fine. once unplugged for 15 minutes it will work fine sometimes for a week before flashing error again could be a faulty control board ? Tell me your guys opinion not just diagnostic sheet they are pretty confusing

GE dishwasher, customer complains- after the dishes are done washing and drying, he removes the dishes and proceeds to close the door. Unit will start by itself filling with water and eventually leaks from the sides.

Unexpectantly the dispenser hatch rapidly opens and closes and if the dispenser is set to water it comes out each time the dispenser opens and closes. What is the cause of this problem? The customer said she googled it and found it is a common compalint. Is this so?

The main problem is NOT trickling water but that whenever the dispenser WANT’S TO; ALL ON IT’S OWN ACCORD it , at any time opens and closes its hatch over and over for several second’s then stops. Without ryme or reason. Wouldn’t this be a circuit board issue? and call for replacing it?

Please don’t count this as one of my four questions. I need the service manual also so I can test the functions of the dispenser and any other tests I may need

Subzero side-by-side it wasn’t cooling in the Freezer section so Replace the old compressor and now it’s running and cooling good but the vacuum condenser light came back and keeps coming back every time it’s reset or unplug for 15 minutes. I vacuumed and cleaned with condenser foam cleaner so I know it cleaned up pretty well in there I’m not sure what else to try maybe I’m missing something? Maybe the condenser fan is weak now and doesn’t cool quite as well?

we have replaced the timer and water level switch and we get enough water when washing it. however, when we rinse customer is that we complaining that she doesn’t get enough water.

Initially I tested Voltage is going to motor but did not hear drain pump start.

The pump is rusty I show voltage and 5.2 k ohms on motor and 10k ohms shorted to case.

My whirlpool washer keeps getting out of balance because the clothes keeps wrapping around the agitator. what will fix this problem?

I have a kitchen aide fridge that runs but the freezer fan will not run and it keeps freezing up. I have not found a way to just test the fan while in diagnostics mode. How can I run a test to check to see if I am getting voltage to the fan or if I am having a problem that coincides with the control board.

it runs through normal cycle good but when I put it on casual, delicate, or hand washables cycle it will do everything but spin after its done draining

Customer complaining dishes not cleaning and at the end of cycle dishes are wet specialy plastic (she tried different soap and rinse aid) just 2 year old
