ARRIVED AT HOUSE FOUND ICE BUILDUP AROUND EVAPORATOR ICEMAKER FAN. DEFROSTED ICE AROUND
FAN BLADE. CUSTOMER CALLED COMPLAINED SLOW ICE.

This dryer became hot and burned up the thermostat completely and some burn marks on the metal inside the machine. I replaced both thermostats, the heating element was grounded so I replaced it also. After reassembling unit and running a few minutes a HE error code came on. We had the vent cleaned and I replaced the thermistor. Unit was used for 2 days and the HE error code has returned.

Any ideas of what to do now?

Hello, I have a dryer the is showing an e71 error code. all the sensors are checking out good the only thind is one of the 3 coils is bad would that cause an e71 code?

what should I test or part I should try

drain pump kicks on and all the water is pumped out and of course the machine stops and doesn’t finish the ice

I have a 6 years old whirlpool dryer that does a really strange rattling noise
i replaced the pulley the belt the rollers (the axles are in good shape
i even replaced the motor

It still does the same thing
Any ideas what should i do ?

fridge is not keeping things cold…the freezer is not keeping items frozen…tempurate setting up high for cooling but not working….when trying to turn the tempurature down, goes back to where was before. Kenmore Elite Fridge.

I am going out tomorrow to check this problem if you have any suggestions please advise

everything is working fine..
the compressor and the fan are working.
however the fan in the freezer is just not getting power…..
the fan works when I put it in to 110 not the unit is not supplying power to the fan

On this washer i have the UE error code which is the unbalanced code or that the basket won’t spin over 150 rpm. So I have reset the system and installed new shocks on the washer. Can you please help me out?

My customer has a GE Profile JVM2070SH001 Microwave and reports that the lights on the touch pad light up when the door is opened but non of the buttons will work when trying to start the microwave cooking cycle. any ideas will be appreciated.

WHAT COULD BE CAUSING THE OVEN TO NOT GET POWER TO THE BAKE ELEMENT IN THIS UNIT.

This thing has us stumped. The dishwasher will not fill with water and throws a 4E error code. After researching this we found that float switch assembly, float sensor, and or water inlet valve to be the main culprit. We have replaced all of these parts and have not found resolve. We also disconnected the water hose (to reset the built in sensor) with no luck. We have cut power to the circuit breaker too. This thing is an anomaly. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

This unit is not cooling​ as well as the controls are not responding correctly. When you push the freezer temp buttons it will open and close the dispenser door.when you push the dispenser it will sound the alarm and all the LEDs lite. When any other buttons are pushed all the LEDs lite as well.
