never worked on this model. 3 months old, cust complaint dishes still dirty, started unit thru wash cycle, jets on top and bottom wash arms are obviously clogged, tried taking them apart to clean with no luck, need service manual or advice on how to disassemble and repair this unit, model # lgid2475qf3a. also noted that top spray arm does not rotate even though water is shooting from arm, Its odd to me that jets are soooo clogged up for such a new machine. I have no information on this model because it is too new.

the freezer is freezing however the FF is not cooling properly

Refrigerator section not cooling, Its staying at 65 degrees and won’t get any cooler? I don’t see any damper control on this refrigerator, Please send me a diagnosis sheet on this unit and service manuel.

so when the unit is plugged in it clicks the entire time.
i want to changed the spark module . however i would like to know if you can please share some tips on how to do it

Hope someone can help me with this icemaker issue iam having at a customer home. Customer’s icemaker was frozen , I defrosted the ice tray and ran the test couldn’t get icemaker to to test ordered new icemaker went back install new icemaker , hit test button again still nothing, except when I unplugged Icemaker quick disconnect plug from from side and plug back in water comes into icemaker. told customer to let it run and see if it would make ice . Customer called back after couple days still no ice, I went with new icemaker checked connection from control board found wire backed out of plug reinsert wire also replaced thermistor inside auger motor housing .I still unable to get unit to harvest. Sorry for the long email hope someone can help me with this one. Thanks guys. ..

We have run across 5 of these stack units in the last couple of months where they are very noisy in spin. When we try to take them apart, the spin basket hub is froze to the transmission shaft. We cannot get these seperated by any means. So to fix, it needs transmission assembly, inner basket and outer basket, so it is junk.
Are there more of you running into this? I would like to know how serious this is. We see a lot of these in the condo’s we work in.
These are all less than five years old.

Hello I have this dryer of a friend of mine It has no display and no function it has power going to the main board…I don’t know what pins to check to see if it is getting voltage to the display and membrane bd. If I check on one of the connectors I have 4.9 volts “but that’s just checking from one pin to another pin…”I have no direction on this other than it is putting out something””
Any ideas?
My thought is the main board “not the lcd bd”
I could not get it to go into service mode.

When you pull the transmission and you look up there is a pads and plastic stem there, what does this part do? This after you pull the tranmission down you can look up and see these parts. I’m not talking about the clutch that comes down with the transmission. I want to understand how the machine work? Please let me know what that part does after the transmission is pulled, the part that stays with machine.

why is this unit not making ice cubes

Is there a repair for a frosted evaporator, and a clogged drain. The heater is working . fan is working

LG dryer burnt the cord and the red wire on the terminal block. Does LG make a terminal block kit like whirlpool does that I can splice together the terminal wires, or do I have to buy the entire wire harness. If so, what is the part number?

Door lock is flashing, washer won’t run in normal cycle mode. Tested and ohm out door lock is good. What do you think this problem is?

Above Samsung dishwasher flashes lights for “Smart Auto” and “Normal”. User manual says it is a “heating over temp” error. Could not find tech sheet on unit (I don’t think they put one on the unit.). I Kept a service mini manual from a previous. Looks like the temp thermistor is bad, not the PCB. Has anyone else run into this type of problem with this brand?

I did not hear any clicking from the igniter I suspect that may be electronic spark module however the bake igniter works perfectly

Where can I purchase parts and get a pictorial of this unit?

Problem: The fresh food compartment is freezing everything. Much too cold and you cannot adjust the temperature. I don’t have any information about his unit so I need someone to point me in the correct direction.
