I never worked on this refrigerator before. I saw that the display board inside the ref. section had no power to it and when you press the power bottom it flashes and turns off and flashes every 20 seconds. Besides that board is there any other issues I should be aware. Please help

The problem was that it was not making ice. It is a KitchenAid under counter ice maker. I put it through the self cleaning cycle twice and after it made ice, but then the customer called back saying it didn’t make ice after I left. When I went back I unplugged it for a few minutes then plugged it back in it would make ice one time then quit again. The ice maker does not have a tech sheet to run self diagnostics. Does anybody have a tech sheet or know where I can get one? Do I have a bad PCB? Does anyone know what is wrong with this? Also there is a ice wall in the back, is this supposed to be there? It is solid covering the back so I cannot reach back there without breaking it, which I do not want to do if it is supposed to be there.

washer has the F25 error code stored 3 times & F17 store once.

History, the MCU was replaced. Customer ran 2 loads fine and now error codes back. I watched it run a complete cycle with large load of towels yesterday, no issues. This AM, the F17 code came back, customer left it right where it stopped. Load of towels drained but not spun out.

Problem is the tech sheet in washer has no F17 error code. Looking around online, someone suggested the user interface. I am loosing my sanity on ordering these parts and then wait and see if that was the fix!

ALL connections checked, wires ohmed, tach on motor ohms correctly, drains fine, pressure hose clear, no suds. Here this AM watching it again and working fine.

Anyone else come across this F17 code?

We are working on a Kenmore (standard Whirlpool design) SXS
Model 106.57032601 with dispenser. Ice bucket is mounted on door.
Flapper door is shutting properly and sealing. Motor is working to drive cubes. 3X
in 4 months have found ice clog inside the ice chopper mechanism. We clear it and
it works great for about 2 months then plugs again. Ice looks partially fused by
melting. Auger motor then sounds stripped when clogged but works okay when
jam is cleared.
Does that auger motor sound stripped when jammed then work when not?
Do you think the flapper is sticking open and which of the flapper doors parts would be suspect?

Thanks in advance

Model – 253.54373300 built by Frigidaire

Looking at parts breakdown, I see there is a refrigerator damper assy ( 241600902). Wiring diagram at Sears web site is too small to read.
Does the defrost temperature control ( 5303918476 ) activate damper assy.? Looks like thermostat control is old style with a capillary tubing.

looking at above washer today, customer says they are getting error codes NF and DC. Unit is banging on the right side when spinning.
NF is a water issue which is easy enough to check. Are there any bulletins out for the unbalance error? Is there anything specific I need to check?

I replaced the control board on this oven a few days ago. Customer called back and says the oven is remaining on and maintaining 170 degrees. History of repair is this. Same symptoms of the oven heating on it’s own prior to me installing a control board from Corecentric. The touch panel before repair had an odd display or chaotic lights and the panel was unresponsive. I sent the touch panel and control to fixyourboard for a rebuild and they said the control board part was non-repairable. Corecentric had a rebuilt in stock. The oven and Microwave seem to work fine and all buttons on the touch panel were responsive and display was normal after install. I’m going to go back and see if I can trace where the heating element is getting power from but any ideas from techs would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance . this unit on the rise cycle will stop and get a blinking led. I have the teck sheet but cannot make out how to read the error code.the led status are 1,o,* and so if it is blinking on rise which one would i read? This is on the critical fail mode table and then it has the No critical fail mode table. What i did on this unit i replace the tranny ot what they call support. I was not doing this before the repair, I do hear the lid lock trying to lock, like the strike is in the way of the lid switch

I watched your video on how to replace the temp sensor and bi metal fuse on a Samsung RF263TEAESR refrigerator, but you did not list the part number for the bi metal fuse. The part number given is DA32-00029U. This looks up to be the temp sensor. I can find a DA47-00243K, and need to know if this is the correct part. Also the bi metal for the freezer on the bottom is listed as DA47-00243B. Are these interchangeable top to bottom and are they the same as the part DA47-00243K.

Also looking for the Ice Pipe assy. DA62-01368A. Every parts supplier i search indicates this part is not available
Where did you find it for the video?

Thank you for the help.

The brand in Manitowoc Ice Inc. I am not familiar with commercial icemakers, I got called out this one and I need your help. When the machine is turned on, the water will run over the vertical ice tray. The back of the tray is at zero degrees. A little ice does form on the trays edges. Also there is a cover over the vertical ice tray that opens to release the ice when in harvest. But right now when the cover is closed the water continues to run. How is the correct operation of this icemaker? Also is there a video that I could view? Thank you for your help, Ricky.

I have a Dacor wall oven above model #PCS130B. The unit will start beeping (NO FAULTS) when not in use.
I disconnected the key pad and it hasn’t returned. I had one of these recently and had to change the user board (on the control panel ) also.
