dispenser works fine, flutter every time ice maker calls for water. I have replace valve, same thing. I have checked water pressure its 45LBS. line is not crimped tube is clear.
Whats next?

looking for some help on this dishwasher that I went out on it couple of days ago customer had two other companies out . Unit was full filthy water . I put to drain and cleaned it out , also cleaned filter . Restarted unit it filled and didn’t wash sounded like it was draining some water out but nothing else. Found no tech sheet with unit. Ordered circulation pump when out and install put unit still doing same thing. I am not very familiar with this brand, any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Can’t set dishwasher on normal cycle, lights just stay lit. Do you have a diagnostic sheet on this machine how to reset the machine?

Quick rinse is blinking,cancel light is blinking,lock on is blinking. Is there a why to cancel and run normal wash cycles?

THE MOTOR WON’T DO ANYTHING.

THE LID SWITCH IS GOOD. I HAVE 120V ON C2 AT THE INVERTER. ALL THE PINS AT C4 ARE READING 48V. NO VOLTAGE AT C7.

I’VE SWAPPED OUT THE BOARD, MOTOR/INVERTER. THE LED, ON THE INVERTER IS FLASHING 6 TIMES. THE MOTOR AND TUB SPIN FREELY. BOTH MOTORS HAD THE SAME DIAGNOSTIC CODE WHICH IS ” LOCKED ROTOR”.

I’M AT A COMPLETE LOSS AS WHAT TO DO NOW.

THE SERVICE LITERATURE DOES NOT INDICATE WHAT VOLTAGES SHOULD BE PRESENT.

Air shoot under ice make is just filled with ice only thing I can find wrong is around the ice maker box against the side wall is a little gap were I can see my flashlight inside ice box. Is there a fix or service bulletin for this issue >

So it takes a long time for it to preheat the igniter is fine after some time the oven shuts off but the preheat light remains on

Door lock won’t unlock? It makes a clicking noise like is trying to unlock but can’t. Does this mean the locks bad? In diagnostic mode can you test the lock?

i changed the evap fan and it still will not go on.
i know there is power to it.

How do you know if these componet didn’t short out parts on the mother board? Where wold you start. Replace all the components under the machine first then try to operate and if doesn’t work replace the control board.

Won’t start beeps when it the start button. Customer says error code once F70 interface board doesn’t light up either. F70 says if the drum isn’t Turing to replace the CCU.

Customer says that they can only turn on one out of four burners. one comes on and when they attempt to activate other burners, they get intermitent flashing LED lights on readout. There are two LED readouts. one on left and one on right. after they activate the one burner and start to activate the others, the error code appears. left LED displays
” E ” and right LED displays ” 32 “. Sounds like control board but not sure.

Can when you install the boot anything interfere with the door lock? I did have to take the door lock off the front door. It only has three screws and when back on the same way.

I looked at above refrigerator dispenser does not dispense ice or water sporadically. I plan to replace the dispenser module (part with the lever), not the user interface pcb. Has anyone else had a problem with that part? Thanks in advance

so the evap fan works
the issue i see is that the compressor will go on.
i unplugged it and reconnected it i here a streaking sound for 2 -3 seconds and then it goes off.
i did feel the compressor and it seems hot

A Happy & Safe Fourth to all!

This unit is in very good condition and the problem element has not been used that much. Facing the unit it is located on the lower left, smallest element of the bunch. You turn the switch to the on position and the element switch lights up. Set the heat temperature and that lights up too. But no heat at all. Now I took the cooktop out and the element tests okay. Actually there is no wear at all on the element. Looked for disconnected wire(s) found none. Really don’t know where to go from here. Where is a good place to get a break down of Thermador products? Looking for some expertise from the Video Family.

the only way to turn off the motor is by turning off the power

GOOD MORNING. THE WASHER WASHES FINE, BUT DURING THE SPIN CYCLE IT WILL GO OUT OF BALANCE AND MAKE A BANGING NOISE. I CHECKED THE PARTS DIAGRAM AND COULD NOT FIND ANY SUSPENSION SPRINGS. ANY INFO WOULD BE GREAT. THANKS TODD FROM NY.

The microwave won’t start, what could be the problem?

GOOD EVENING. I FOUND THE TIMER NOT TURNING. I DISASSEMBLED THE TIMER AND FOUND THE MOTOR STUCK. THIS IS A REPEAT CUSTOMER, SO FOR THE TIME BEING I REMOVED THE LARGE GEAR AND REASSEMBLED THE TIMER. I TOLD THE CUSTOMER THAT THE DRYER COULD BE USED ONLY IF WATCHED. I LATER RECEIVED A CALL SAYING THE DRYER IS NOT HEATING. DOES THE TIMER HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH POWER TO THE HEATING ELEMENT? I’ve cleaned out the drain as well as the pump I did find some debris in the drain I’ve cleaned everything and I am still getting this message

Washer won’t start, the lights lit on interface board. You push start it jus gives a double beep, each and every time you it start. No movement and all.

originally it was in “critical failure” with the LED lit indicating the lid switch failed. I jumped out the lid switch and there was no change. I then switched out the board from another machine. It was no longer in the “critical failure” state. The machine won’t do anything. I have 120V at the J8 terminal. I’m thinking that both boards are bad, I need to find a way to confirm that’s the case. The LEDs light when I turn the selector knob. I have tried to start it in all the cycles.

I have a washer that the drain pump will only come on for 3 seconds then shut off. Hoses are good and no obstructions. Everything else works normal except drain issue. Steve

After replacing the entire back panel including thermistors, evap. fan…same problem happening.Losing cold in fridge section and freezing up on back panel Help.

I put my temperature probe into the fridge, it read 53*. The freezer was 19*. Opened the back to check the compressor. It ran hotter than normal to the touch. Everything was working. This is the first time that I worked on an Electrolux appliance.
Could it be the inverter?
