I’m working on a Frigidaire range with an F-11 code. Checked temperature sensor and harness. Checked all connections on EOC, good. F-11 code says it is a shorted key pad. This model doesn’t have a key pad it has an overlay. Tried replacing EOC, didn’t fix problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a Samsung Dishwasher stopping with error code 1E. The owners manual states this is a “high temp heating
error”. Heater is at 12 ohms. Heater relay is not welded on board.
I cannot find any information with diagnostic routines. Any help would be appreciated.

I replaced the ice maker in this Amana refrigerator. Since replacing, cubes are not hardening, ice is clumping in the bin because water not completely frozen when harvested. Temp in freezer is zero. The Amana ice maker part number changed to the DQ model. I transfered over all the parts to the new model. I’m thinking the harvesting is happening to soon or the heater is on to long. The ice maker did not harvest any ice in the first 24 hours and the cubes were frozen toward the evaporator but not completely frozen to the front of the unit. Any ideas on whether I should try a second ice maker or what to look for? Thanks for your help in advance

Sometimes that message comes up and sometimes it finishes cycle no problem. What could be causing that? I did some research and found the control board to be the culprit. Board is no longer available. Is there a repair that can be made to the board? Like replacing capacitor, relay, etc.?

The above fridge is a french door type with the TV monitor, Pandora. Problem is the drawer above the freezer has no lights shining that would turn on when the freezer were to be opened and the touch panel on this deli drawer is unresponsive. Everything else is working in the fridge. All other lights and it is cooling. Best Buy told the customer that the rear main control board would need to be replaced. Thank you for any advise.

I have a customer that NEVER cleaned her front loader Samsung washer. It was made in 2009. During the spin cycle it makes a thumping sound, and the drum looks like an egg shape rotation. Other than the noise, it seems to be operating fine. But, why the noise and the weird egg like rotation?

I am working on a ge gas wall oven. I have replaced main control board in unit and everything works but broil.
When you set broil the unit kicks on and off with a clicking noise.
I ordered another board but the same thing happens.
I did check all wires and terminal positions on control and have it wired correctly to instructions that came with new board.
Can anyone help with this. It seems straight forward hooking up.

We have washer that will not pump. We have had two experienced technicians that are stumped on why this unit that will not pump water out of the tub. There are positively no restrictions as we completely tore the unit down to the inner and outer tub two different times by two technicians. We installed two different new pumps by both technicians. We have 115 volts to the pump and the pump is running. We can sometimes get the unit to pump out if we squeeze on the pump hose 3-4 times and prime it, the water will then will completely pump out. The next time fill and pump, it will not pump out at all, even with 115volts to the pump and clearly hearing the pump run. We have tried to pump the water into just a tub next to the washer thinking the drain could have back pressure or the drain hose in too far. We checked filter and check valve totally clear. We would like to know if anyone has run into this issue, I am sure we cannot be the only one. We are not factory certified Frigidaire and want know if there is recall on this specific pump part number below. Unless anyone else has another suggestion from what we have not tried already.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions

Hi, I have an issue with this Kenmore unit, any help would be welcomed.
When you press start this unit sounds like there is just a trickle of water “the sound changes a little bit when I change the water temp settings…
Eventually it will start full flow and usually finishes if it fails it is always at the 51 or 17 minute mark. Any ideas?
I replaced the spring kit which seemed to correct the “unbalanced load” problem…
Thanks for your time.

We have a Maytag refrigerator that was not cooling in the fresh food compartment. We have no technician diagnostic sheet with this unit. We replaced the thermistor the air damper is now open but it is freezing the fresh food compartment. The freezer is fine. We checked the unit found damper closed.
The customer called back 2 days later and the fresh food is now freezing everything.
There are no problems with the defrost system.
The evaporator fan motor is fine.
Thanks in advance.

This washer filled on its own and the door locked. I ordered a new valve, as this water valve has been on back order for quite a while. Is their a safety mechanism for the washer door to lock on its own if the valve fails? Do I need to be looking at a failure in the pressure switch or control as well. I shut off the water supply at the wall and then after I left the customer turned them back on and tried to wash a load of clothes and flooded the laundry room. Thank you in advance for your ideas.

Not sure if you will see this, but I have a question. I replaced the heater and the sensor and It looks like I received the same replacement heater you all used. Where the wire from the left side has its own connector. The OEM heater’s left side wire is connected with the right to go into the same wire harness. In your video at the 8 minute mark you all cut and go to the finishing steps. Before that, the left wire is still sitting unconnected. After 8 minutes it is connected. Did you all splice the wire? in the empty harrness/connector that was on the right wire or do you leave it dangling and do nothing? This is the second time I have ordered this part. It does not look exactly like the original but close. Help I am at a total loss here. I have pics if I can send them.
