Hello,
The samsung fridge is not cooling or freezing. I found codes 83 and 84 related to the compressor and went ahead and replaced the inverter board. The board light stays on steday and the fan runs on the compressor. I think this indicates normal operation. However its still not cooling or freezing. I don’t know if there are steps to take to reset the fridge. i have left it unplugged for an hour with the hope that it would reset and start to cool. I have also looked again at the error log and nothing new is reported. I ran the self diagnostic 2 fridge sensor error and received a “C” in the response thinking that a temperature sensor might be the problem. These are the parts I considering to replace but want to know if I’m in the right
Temperature sensor (DA32-00029Q)
Thermal fuse assembly (DA47-00301B)

Origonally the double oven had F64 Error code while either oven was on. Both fans working, we changed out the main control board. Now F64 error code after the top oven runs for a minute. The bottom oven works half the time, other half F64 pops up. There is no sell switch in this unit. We then replaced both cooling fans in both the upper and lower oven. Now after a while both ovens are not working and they have the original error code. What do we do next? Customer does not want to replace oven.

On my refrigerator the freezer is cold but the refrigerator is not cooling. Started about a week ago when the freezer was freezing over And the refrigerator and we heard a loud noise like. We were told we needed to unplug the fridge for a few days because the fan was hitting blocks of ice. So we did and now the noise is going but the fridge section will not cool down the freezer section is very cold. Do you have any idea what this could be?

- Samsung Refrigerator mode # RF28R7351SR/AA
ICE shute opens and closes on its own. The display works fine and you can change between water, crush or cubes. The shute opens and closes repeatedly non stop. Dont know where to begin troubleshooting.
Thank you

I have a Family Hub Refrigerator with 4 doors. The freezer section (bottom left) no longer freezes. The flex zone (bottom right) now seems to not be cooling as well as it use to (used as a fridge). Fault history shows error 83: Compressor Current & 84: Compressor Motor from about 6 weeks ago. However, those faults do not show anymore when running a self-diagnosis. I receive no errors during a self-diagnosis. I’m. trying to figure out if I should try replacing the PCB inverter board, or if it’s a more serious issue.

The drum will spin by itself, but can easily be stopped. It will not spin clothes dry on heavier loads and medium loads. What would be causing it to spin but not spin clothes dry? I would think this is a thrust bearing but it looks like it does not have one.

I’m following your video for replacing an axial fan motor: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-67goBr-cFw However my fan motor is connected to the bracket not by metal screws as shown in the video, but by four silicone connectors. I don’t know how to disassemble these silicone connectors and then reattach them once the new fan motor is on the bracket. Please email me or call/text 8326462529. Freezer is powered down so immediate response requested. Thanks

The washer will sense, wash, rinse and drain. It either does not spin or does not spin enough to wring out clothes. It will unlock on Spin mode and Done light does not go on. Lock light blinks with clothes in it after draining and trying to spin. A appliance repair man said it needs a new computer board. Is this accurate? Could it be a different part that is needed?

CUSTOMER CALLED US ORIGINALLY BECAUSE THE FRIDGE WASNT COOLING. WE REPLACED THE MAIN CONTROL BOARD ON THIS UNIT AND IT BEGAN TO COOL WITH NO ISSUE. NOW THE REFRIGERATOR IS NOT MAKING ICE. WE HAVE REPALCED THE ICEMAKER BUT IT WONT CYCLE OR MAKE ICE. WE PUT IT INTO DIAGNOSTIC MODE AND UNDER THE ICE MAKER DIAGNOSTIC THEN IT CAME UP WITH ERROR CODE “23”. WE NEED TO SEE WHAT THIS MEANS AND WAHT THE REPAIR IS FOR THE CODE.

I have Trouleshooted this unit, By; Running a Diagnosis-TEST on the Control board!!! 1.,2.,3., & 4. push on the test button, ALL the TESTS check out!!! There is NO-Check light flashing at ALL!!! BUT, this is the NEW type of Commpressor on this LG unit {Linear / Inverter Compressor}… I DO-NOT Know what Voltage should be going to this unit!!! The Compressor’s; sticker said: INVERTER 0–220V 53Hz… SO, when I check it with a DVM, I get a reading of; 35 Volts!!! The Compressor is Running, With “ALL” the Fans too!!! BUT, NOT–COOLING??????????????
What do you Think?????????

The refrigerator section is getting too cold and freezing things. The Desupply damper by the pan doesnt appear to be opening could this or the chill fan be the cause of this issue.

The icemaker tray won’t dump if I push the test button it will dump sometimes but most times it won’t. The tray has a regular amount of water in it there is no spillage it seems to be a mechanical issue? Is it as simple as replacing the ice making unit in the door?

I have a situation with frost forming on the ice bucket, already replaced the flapper, it seems to be closing fine, no leaks around door gasket. Seems to reoccur about every 2 weeks.

This is a double wall oven with the 2 appliance managers. According to the tech sheet, if error code F1E0 appears then the UI must be replaced. I replaced the UI and the error code is still present. The tech sheet also mentions to check 14 VDC from the appliance manager to the UI at connection J4-4 to J4-2. I am getting 14 VDC. I am not sure why the appliance manager is sending 14 vdc to the UI but also sending the error code. I have tried clearing the error codes and discharging the relays on the appliance manager. No fix.

The dryer is not heating. We checked the element, the fuses and everything checks ok. We checked the airflow, unhooked the duct and ran it. Checked out ok. The motor is spinning. What parts should we replace in this dryer sequentially to repair unit?

After beginning a cycle, the initial fill seems to take longer than normal. After a few moments, the unit begins to drain (without beginning to wash) and the “Smart Auto” light blinks.
I have cycled power to reset.
I have also already replaced the thermistor.
There is no water in the drip tray beneath the unit.
