Wondering does the air flow Tower need to be changed or just the evaporator fan motor. Is there another motor that needs to be changed as the condenser fan motor is spinning and working in the back of the refrigerator. Just checking to ensure this refrigerator only has one evaporator fan as it seems just to send the air through the air flow Tower

My Samsung refrigerator model #RF263TEAESR/AA is leaking water and pooling under the deli tray and even had some ice on it. So I unplugged the appliance and let it defrost then took it apart as as Appliance Video.com instructed. I disconnected the wires on the top right as the video showed and removed the thermostat wire and sensor. Then the video directed me to the left side. There is a connection for the defrost heating element and I only unplugged that. The video instructed me to then remove the bi-metal however, my refrigerator does not have a bimetal. It has the plug but it just loops back into itself with a red wire. Does this mean that it has no need of a bi-metal anywhere? my refrigerator has the numbers 07 in the corner of the data tag if this helps.

Thank you,
Jack

The leak is coming from the water valve into the fridge. I tested the valve: 185 ohms. I also tested it mechanically thinking it would stay open but it didnt. Could this issue be with the ice maker or mainboard. I dont know how common this fail is with this refrigerator.

We have replaced the main control board on this unit. The code “UR” is popping up no matter the size of the load. Small or Large.

Freezer section is at room temp. The condenser fan is running, the evaporator fan is not. The door switches are working. Im not sure about the defrost timer. I turned it over about 5 times and nothing happened. There is no tech sheet. Can the timer or terminator stop the compressor from running?

What are the reasons the capacitor keeps blowing? And how do you test them? The motor runs, the agitator moves freely and so does the drum. The drain pump is clear.

The refrigerator does not cool consistently. Customer stated they’ve been having power surges. The refrigerator seems to cool and work for a couple hours then shuts off, will get to 65 in the refrigerator, then will starts working again. Food spoils. Customer unplugged unit for a while and plugged back in. Damper is open can feel air flow, fan is working. Tested thermistor 11.15 k ohms, How do we test the control board, and what should the thermistor be testing at?

Hello,
My load began washing, and during the wash cycle, maybe 5 minutes in, the E3 Code went off. Now my washer is full of water, and I can’t get it to go past this error code.
Is there a way to make it drain without the lid closed? My washer is full of water and won’t do anything because it thinks the lid is open.
I watched your video on how to change the switch, but I don’t want to let water sit in my washer for a week until the part comes in.
Is there a way to override the system so I can at least drain the water?

Thank you,
Rachel

Does this unit have a heat exchanger?

My technician said he needs this part due to a Freon restriction. We are not finding a picture on the parts diagram.

My tech said its a capillary tube running from the evaporator that is likely restricted. He was working on a sealed system repair, replacing the compressor and evaporator today.

Please let me know the part number that would be needed.

Hello, I have a Speed Queen washing and drying unit that I want to maintain and I would like you to send me the maintenance and repair manuals for the washing machine Model: AFN50FSP111TW01 Serial: 1201004722

I also want to tell you that in the previous question, I was wrong, the model and serial number of the dryer, the correct one is the one that comes in the text box, I hope you can help me with this, I already have the newer dryer and it is one with which I also count, since you gave me an answer in previous dates.

The dispenser pump motor runs but it’s not measuring and adding the soap.
The blue soap dispenser is in it’s proper place. How do I check if the dispenser pump is pumping?
I’m referring to the w10842325 dispenser and pump assembly.
Could the hoses be clogged?
Please explain In as much detail as you can.
I notice when i run the diagnostics that though that small pump motor runs it doesn’t turn on the water valve. I suppose that the water it pumps into the dispenser comes through the mixing valve.

In the diagnostics mode the washer in the spin test, the clutch engages ok but the motor does not work. In the agitate test the washer fills but the motor does not work.
I can hear a momentary relay on the board and the motor seems to try to energize for less than 1 second, but nothing else.

Hello, I have a speed queen dryer model ADGE9BGS113TW01, serial number 1612045509, with the problem that it does not heat up.

It doesn’t show any code on the front panel.

I already checked the thermostat, it gave me 4400 amps, so I changed it for a new one and it still doesn’t heat up.

You can help me to know what else you can have.

Board is flashing 4 times which says it is a locked compressor, the tech tested the 3 leads on the compressor, they all tested 12 ohms each. He tested them to ground and that passed. Control board has 3 wires going to the compressor, each wire to ground test 125 volts dc. Is this AC voltage that goes to the compressor or DC. Is it the compressor that has failed, or the board?

Customer put a standalone thermometer in refrigerator section. Temperature goes from 50 to 37 degrees. Is this normal or does the main PCB need to be replaced.
