Both drain pumps are working properly I have tested them.
All the drain lines are clear .
When I put the machine on it filledls and turns but when it comes to draining I hear the pumps trying to pump the water out but nothing comes out from time to time I hear a grinding sound coming from the back I tilted the machine to try to see what’s going on back there and then I could hear some of the water draining but as soon as I put the machines down the way it should be all I hear is a grinding sound and none of the water comes out

i changed the drain pump because it would leave a pool of water in the tube after a wash and the drain was clean.
now after a normal cycle there is still water in the tub. and i need to put it into spine cycle to drain it

The Icemaker on this unit will work for a week or so, then it will freeze up with frost and looks like frozen ice cubes all around the icemaker preventing it from operating. When it freezes up, it actually covers the entire ice tray and goes over to the wall of the ice bin. Any help would be appreciated.

Selected light load, cold wash/cold rinse. Cycle stopped after rinse. Machine went to OFF. Restarted manually at last rinse/spin cycle to get water out; noticed water in washer was very warm. Door locked properly, machine agitated, rinse began but then did not turn off. Shut machine off, water continued to come in from hot water only. Unplugging machine worked; water stopped coming in.

Dishwasher not giving any codes, will fill with water, then circulation motor will not turn on and wash. Homeowner states she smells a burning smell, I didn’t. I can hear the relays on the board clicking and I didn’t see any burnt spots on the board as well. I can’t get the dishwasher out enough to check for power at the motor due to short power wires. Does this sound like a motor issue, or maybe a board?
P.S. —- it will do the cancel and drain as well so I am really thinking motor but not 100%.
Any suggestions or ideas?
