Repair Help

The washer makes a clicking noise on low spin only. When the drum is up to full speed the sound goes away. It is draining normal and doesn’t sound like it is coming from the pump. Customer states ticking noise was not there before main bearing was replaced by seperate company. Thanks, Steve

I check out the thermistor and it’s ohms out okay. Thinking about the control (diffuser) but I didn’t want to go any further due to the cost of these parts. What do you guys think?

Freezing in the refrigeration compartment

Ld error says drain pump issue or drain clogged up. No clogs found, drain pump works great. When any cycle is selected it drains and keeps draining then the LD error. The main control board was changed out not to long ago. Any ideas?

the timer looks like it has a burnt mark on it.
but no water will enter.
nothing happens at all.
the dryer works fine

Customer said the ice maker was making noise and no ice was being made. Tech did not hear any noise. Any suggestions as to where to start looking for problems in ice maker, being that there is no ice maker assembly and it’s all in individual parts?

Dryer wont start because, even though the door is closed, it reads it as open. The Main Contro Board was replaced and the same thing still happens, any suggestions as to what could be causing this issue?

Can you send a pdf on how to repair the icemaker? I understand you cannot buy the Icemaker, repair only Thank You

I have a GE gas range. The customer complaint is in self clean only, it takes too long to get up to temperature. The broil is on only in self clean, the bake does not come on at all even after 15 minutes. Is the bake supposed to come on at all or intermittently ? Thanks in advance

the unit will fill and drain.
the agitator will move freely when I try to turn it.
there is a board on top of the motor that Hase a blinking red light.
also the red and yellow wires coming from the motor to the transmission do not have power

error code e- 01 and e 24
drain pump has been replaced and it will not go the complete cycle

evaporator motor was replaced the adc electronic board was replaced and the damper assembly was replaced and frigde is still not getting cold it’s cool, not cold enough
please help

I need a servive manual that tells me how to disassemble and clean out wash arms and sump area of this dishwasher, I have a parts breakdown from my supplier but that doesn’t explain how to disassemble, i have cleared a lot of the jets using a bent hook tool, washer worked better for a week ???? any suguestions??

I am working on a g.e front load. Maybe about 3 years old.
I believe the drain pump is bad, but the problem is I never worked on this particular model of ge.
Normal I would unscrew the 3 screws in the back of the lid and then pop of the top cover….
But this model does not have any screws for you to remove.
There must he a special way for me to take of the top panel ??so I can disassemble the machine for repairs.
Any information helps 🙂

Have remaining water after the complete cycles on watch. When we shake the drum. We feel lots of water remaining with in the drum. Is this drain motor problem?

Cooktop light is on without any burners on. Customer had stated that range tripped the breaker but everything came on after resetting it. What can keep that light on even after turning the cooktop on/off

my ice maker has quit making ice and the ice in the bin has melted. I suspect it might be a thermistor but not sure. If the thermistor was bad would it explain the change in temp in the ice maker compartment? All other areas are working fine. is there a diagnostic I can run on the unit? Code? to verify if the thermistor in ice maker is working correctly? Also, i show there are 2 different thermistors in the part diagram , can you tell me the difference. Thanks for your help.

the machine will just stop spinning mid cycle and restart rite away.
the board is working but will not start spinning.
