GOOD MORNING BRIAN. I DID RUN THE DIAGNOSTIC LIKE YOU INSTRUCTED, AND I FOUND 3 CODES AND 1 LAST CODE THAT WAS NOT LISTED. THE FIRST CODE WAS F5E1 LID SWITCH FAULT. THE SECOND WAS F2E1 STUCK KEY. THE THIRD WAS F7G1 BASKET SPEED SENSOR FAULT. THE FOURTH CODE WAS JUST A SINGLE BLINKING SENSOR LIGHT AND DID NOT SHOW UP ON THE LIST, I AM GUESSING THERE WAS NO FOURTH CODE STORED AND THAT WAS JUST THE DEFAULT FOR AN EMPTY CODE. WHEN I WAS CALLED THE ORIGINAL COMPLANT WAS THAT THE WASHER WAS NOT SPINNING OUT WELL ENOUGH. WHEN I CHECKED THE WASHER THE FIRST TIME I HAD KNOW TROUBLE SPINNING THE BASKET, AND NOTHING SEEMED TO BE TIED UP NEAR THE MOTOR. WHEN I TRIED STARTING A WASH THE MOTOR HUMED LIKE IT WAS HUNG UP AND CLICKED OFF. HOW ACURATE ARE THESE CODES, AND DO I START REPLACING PARTS ACCORDINGLY? I am working on a kitchen aid refrigerator model that has no water and no ice.
Wiring diagram is missing. Dispenser panel switches work ok but no 120 volts to valve. Any help is appreciated

I WAS TOLD THE WASHER WOULD PERFORM WELL UNTIL THE SPIN CYCLE, THEN NOT SPIN THE LOAD OUT PROPERLY. I JUST CHECKED IT OUT. I SET UP FOR A REGULAR LOAD AND PRESSED START. THE GREEN SENSING LIGHT CAME ON, THEN THE RED DOOR LOCKED LIGHT. AT THIS PONT THE DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN. THE WASHER SOUNDS LIKE IT IS TRYING TO START. THERE IS A HUM LIKE A HUNG UP ELECTRIC MOTOR, THEN A CLICK AND THE RED DOOR LOCKED LIGHT STARTS TO BLINK. HELP! THANKS, TODD FROM NY.

Brian the display on the freezer door does,not go off . It reads off and nothing runs but lights. No cooling. Thanks.

I have a 665.14212k901 d/w and the motor is jammed up and won’t turn. What seals and gaskets will I need to put it back together?

No matter what I do the control goes to off after 5 seconds. I unplugged the box and when you plug it back in it displays 0 on the freezer side and 36 on the fresh food side. Then after 5 seconds the control goes to off and it never turns the comp. on . Any ideas I’m lost. Thank you.

Unit had upper oven on, then they started lower oven, after a bit the unit turned off, no power at all, no lights when you open doors, no Display etc, tried to reset breakers but still the same,

We have a Bosch Dishwasher that goes straight to clean after starting. I won’t bore you with the parts that have been installed. Has anyone ran into this problem that can help?

I am looking for some help on a Samsung SxS refrigerator The original complaint was that the unit wasn’t cooling on either side, neither temp gauge on the display is working, and the Cubed Ice button keeps flashing on the display. I have already replaced the main control board P#DA41-00219K, put in a new condenser fan motor P#DA97-01949A, changed the step down transformer in back P#DA26-00022B, replaced the overload relay on the compressor and that tested OK. Unfortunately after all of these things I’ve tried, the compressor is still not working. Does anyone have any experience or suggestions with this unit? Any help would be much appreciated.

Refrigerator has a broken tab that the ice door pin is mounted to. Rather than consider a new $1200 door, is there an alternative fix to this broken dispenser housing?

Question on a Samsung refrigerator (French Door).
The unit is icing up behind the rear panel of the fresh food compartment.
We have removed the back before and defrosted the evaporator. Tested the evaporator fan motor, it’s fine. The fan blade is not damaged. The defrost drain is not plugged its completely open. We reassemble it and after a few months the problem reoccurs.

Seems that the condenser fan motor isn’t running. Is that something I can order and have sent directly to me? Would like to get this finished up asap for this customer. Appreciate your guys’ help!

what should I replace??

Thought it just wasn’t heating up, but it actually wasn’t running at all. Looks like a busted door switch. Do you guys carry it?

My Frigidaire refrigerator is not dispensing ice.

My Maytag refrigerator is not cooling properly.Has frost build up on coils.

My gas Kenmore dryer is not heating.

The freezer section of my Whirlpool refrigerator is getting to cold and the fresh food section is not getting cold enough.

My Kenmore washer is displaying an OE error code and will not run at all.

Power outage, temp. alarm comes on, won’t stop. no response from display board. Replaced connections on display board.
Now I get response from display board but nothing else comes on.
Reset power one more time- Compressor comes on, stays running but interior lights and display beep and flash, total power interuption to everything but the compressor.
Does this still sound like the main control at the bottom?

We have a Dacor wall oven that was giving an F1 code within seconds of being powered up.
That is a relay circuit failure.
We replaced the relay board and the oven tested ok in the AM.
Customer called said it was fine till after 8pm that night then started beeping and giving the F1 code again.
Any advice sure would be appreciated.

This is a high end unit. Complaint was that temperature in the unit was low. Upon arrival it was apparent the condenser coils have not been cleaned in a while so we cleaned the coils. Seemed to cool properly. Got a call back that the temperature in the freezer was low. Customer saw some ice on the back wall of the freezer. He shut the unit off so it could defrost. He put it back on in the morning and we got there yesterday and all seemed well. Drawing 1.6 amps. Could someone tell me if there has any issues with this unit concerning the described problem? Any sensor or mother board issues?

Hi Folks,
The complaint on this unit is it is not cooling up to par! This unit has an inverter. According to the home owner the condenser has never been cleaned. Cleaned the condenser and it seemed to lower the temperature. But the inverter continued to beep. It was an inconsistence pattern of on & off and beeping. Not that familiar with inventers and any information will be greatly appreciated.

When you turn on unit nothing happens and nothing shows up when selector is turned. What is the problem?

The dishwasher motor is seized and shuts down after briefly trying to turn, now it’s leaking. Should I order a pump or motor AND pump, something is definitely causing the jam. Any suggestions as to where to go for a service manual would be helpful, Thanks Martin at Appliance Repair in San Diego.
