This washer was full of water when I arrived and wouldn’t drain. I vacuumed out the water and opened the
pump trap to make sure it was clear. I did not find a tech sheet inside and have never seen this model before. Model tag has blank. After serial number and tag says make in China. Filled machine, drained, and it went into spin so I buttoned it up and left. Few hours later and said it was full of water again.

I have a customer that wants me to convert his LG dryer to LP. It is an LG model # DLG3171. I typed this number into your model # guide, with no results. I checked PartsPro website and that number came up. So I know that it is a good number. Do you have a video for this model # or something close to it showing how to take it apart? And 2, how long should a job like this take?
Thank you
Bob

After doing these things the dryer ok ran for a couple days but then the thermostat reset button began popping out again. I replaced the thermostat with an OEM new one and the dryer ran ok for a couple days. Now the new thermostat button is popping out again and has to be reset. It’s happening so often that I drilled an access hole in the front of the dryer so I can just
reach in and reset the button when it pops. Any thoughts about what to do next?

The drain line keeps freezing up in the fresh food section. I have ordered the sensor/thermistor that attaches to the evaporator coil. The problem is, that the part I have ordered doesn’t have the same type of plug on the end and will not plug in. Can someone please help me get the correct part as everywhere I look it pulls up what I have. DA32-00027B is what I have. The plug needed has a grove cut into the side of it.

The large oven tends to take a longer time to preheat, even though the hidden bake element and the broil element are cycling during the preheat. Also, should the throat elements be coming on to assist pre-heat, or are they only used to convect?

One of my guys looked at this unit after fixing their refrigerator and said it seemed to be a main control board issue. But after looking around on here I may need the interface instead. Without being able to be at the unit, what would you suggest? We already quoted the customer for one or the other, I’m assuming we don’t need both but I just wasn’t sure. Wanted a second opinion since we don’t do many other appliances like this very often. Thanks you guys!

Is there some trick to getting these bellows on in a timely fashion? I am having a hard time with this one and can’t seem to get it. It’s making me think I should know better but missed that day in class. Any tips for me?

I removed a ceramic piece of dishware from the drain pump, the unit drains really slowly now. I made sure nothing was in the drain hose and explained to the customer the debris caused an issue with the pump. The unit also needs a new heating element which I had on me. Do you guys carry the pump? They opted not to have it done right away but I have a feeling I’ll be getting a call back soon to do it since any debris or foreign objects are going to slow down that drain pump even more. Really appreciate you guys being available to help us on the weekends! Unheard of in most service industries.

Found a lot of frost on the food inside the refrigerator. The fans an compressor seem to be coming on, temps are reading correct, and I’m not finding any mechanical/electrical issues. Am I missing something or is it just a fluke? Charged a service call and told the customer to monitor and let me know.

Already checked the belt, intact and not broken. Maybe the motor? Not sure where to start.

It’s starting up and running for a few minutes, then just shutting down and quitting completely. Sometimes I can get it to start again but most of the time I have to let it sit for awhile. Any thoughts on what I’ll need. Does heat, tumble, etc, and was working fine up until a few days ago.

This washer won’t go through it’s proper cycles and sometimes even skips some and moves on to the next. Sometimes it’ll work perfectly fine and other times it’s just all over the place. Sounds like a control to me but wanted to run it by someone else first. Thanks.

We could really use some help on this unit. The icemaker is not working.
We can start the icemaker, it will cycle and fill. we leave it on MAX ICE. After a day it will dump 3 cubes. We have replaced the icemaker and removed the water filter and installed a bypass plug.
What are we missing?
Thanks in advance.

This Whirlpool Cabrio Gas Dryer – – F-01 fault reads F-01. Runs, heats, but short cycles. Vent is clear, but still short heats cycle. All thermals and thermistor test good. F-01 states bad control board, but which one to replace;
Diagram shows two: this one – W10298628 and W10294316
I am thinking it is W10294316, but not sure.
Thanks in advance for any help
