Oven takes too long to get to temperture. The oven floor is getting very hot. I need to know if a regular bake element is under oven floor or what type of heat is it using. Broil element is good. Need service manual and schematic and user manual.

FROST IS BUILT UP IN FREEZER. THINKING DRAIN LINE FOR THIS. ICE MAKER LEAKING IS WHAT I’M NOT SURE OF.

The customer said when it’s beeping late at night. the control panel is not lit up and has a wrench Simbel also the control panel will not respond when buttons are pushed. But in the morning it’s lit up and has no wrench Simbel and the beeping stopped. also, the control panel will respond when buttons are pushed. Temp is in the freezer is 0 and 38 in the fresh food.

I am having a problem getting into machine need service manual breakdown or video of disassembly.

Washer leaking from the from door ,is a double unit

RIGHT FRONT BURNER NOT WORKING; BURNER IS DISCONTINUED BUT IF YOU ORDER SWITCH IT COMES WITH BURNER AND WIRING HARNESS. PART # W10823734. THIS IS NOT THE USUAL INFINITE SWITCH LIKE THE REST OF THE BURNERS. IT LOOKS LIKE THE ONE IN THE KIT BUT EPIC SENSOR NOT HOOKING UP. AM I DOING SOMETHING WRONG.

I NEED THE DOOR HINGES FOR THIS OVEN AND ANY INFORMATION YOU HAVE ON HOW TO CHANGE THEM AS WELL. THANKS IN ADVANCE.

all the electrodes keep ticking without turning on the knob……i changed spark module same results
i checked harness with continuity it seems ok…what could be the problem

What could be the problem ?

This washer is giving several different codes.

OE
Nothing is in the pump or drain line / have reset and will drain but won’t spin clothes dry.
Any information you can give would be useful.

I replace fresh food evaporator fan assembly but it seems not come dont know what to check to test fan or diagnostic

Evaporator and condenser fan motors running compressor running outer loop in front of door hot off and on open door light does not come on press button on control and light comes on but than goes out I suspect board is bad need video on how to replace the board and to know if I should check anything else compressor has a inverter board and when I open door switch what should my switch read when I check for continuity I do want to replace board without first being able to access the control and check board out I dont believe this has a main control board in the back correct me if am wrong

THE UNIT WILL RUN FOR A FEW MINUTES AND THEN GIVE THE TE 3 ERROR CODE. I FIGURED IT IS A THIRMISTER. HOWEVER, I HAVE NEVER CHANGED ONE THIS UNIT THE ELECTRIC VENTLESS DRYER I AM LOOKING FOR SOME HELP ON THIS

checked elements and switches. check was good. voltage and continuity. could it be the control panel?

FRESH FOOD SECTION NO ICE PRODUCTION
FREEZER SECTION LOW ICE PRODUCTION CHECK WATER VALVE ELECTRICALL OK BUT THE WATER COMING IN TO THE WATER VALVE BELOW 30 PSI WILL THAT CAUSE THE ICE MAKERS TO NOT PRODUCE ICE OR LOW ICE PRODUCTION OF ICE I DON’T BELIEVE THE ICE MAKER CAN BOTH BE BAD ANY SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT TO CHECK

I have a double oven wall unit.

The ovens work, seem to heat well, but the digital display is gone.
Can’t use the oven because I have no idea what heat is set to!

The temperature in the freezer is 49. The refrigerator is 59. The temperatures are set at -6 and 33. I unplugged the main board and plugged it back in and the compressor and condenser fan started but quit later. Have you seen this before and is it the main board?

I need a service manual for this model also.

There is power to the washer and the led on the main board is illuminated. But if I push the power button it usually doesn’t come on. If it is unplugged for half a day it may work half a cycle and the same thing happens. The power button on the circuit panel is ok. What is the issue? Have you seen this before? What tests can I do? Where do I start?
How do I do the diagnostics on this washer? It only has a USB port. Is the smartphone any good and will it work if it doesn’t power up? Will it detect this problem?

I previously posed a question about my Samsung French Door refer.
Your answer was to unplug each LED one at a time to see if one of the LED lights was the issue. I unplugged them one at a time and was unable to resolve the issue or finf the single light issue.

Previous question: The interior lights only work when you first plug the unit in. The after about 5 minutes they do not turn on when the door is opened. The light work in the middle drawer and the freezer 100% of the time, just not in the refer part. If I unplug and re-plug in the unit then the refer lights work for about 5 min then I open the door and the lights do not come on. .

addendum to above question. When the fridge is in plugged and then plugged back in to power the lights come on for about 5 minutes in the refer part. I did notice that when the door is closed and you look between the seal the lights stay on, they do not go out when the door is closed. On top of the right door there is a push switch, I assume this is the on off switch for the interior lights.

I did replace the PCB main board with a new one and this did not fix the lighting issue.

I am boggled by this issue. Please provide me some assistance if possible.

Ice maker not working and replaced twice. Any suggestions?

How do you disassemble this unit. I am trying to get the top off, like it should come off but it still will not come off. Do you have a video? Is there something im missing?

My fridge is not cooling, Hovers around 45-50 degrees. Originally it had icing problems in the freezer side when it started to go bad but that part was fixed. Freezer does hold at around 0 degrees. There is small amount of cool air coming through vent between freezer and fridge on top.

When you try to run a wash cycle and push start you can hear relays clicking but nothing happens. We have the tech sheet but when you try to run the quick diagnostic test it will not advance past c00.
