All others work. I need a tech sheet or service manual with the ribbon interface test for the console so I can diagnosethe problem.

I’m trying to replace the main power board. replaced old board but the fridge dose not start up, no lights nothing, controls dead. I also replace the thermistor
Reinstalled old board fridge started up, lights working, controls working.
Installed another new board. nothing.
Fridge is also missing the tech sheet.

The wiring diagram is missing on this unit and we are wanting to see what board powers the cooktop portion of the Range. Any chance of finding the wiring diagram for this unit? Issue is front left burner intermittently turning off.

LG getting an IE error code. the unit will stop about 17 minutes left to the cycle and there is water in the unit.
if I put it on spin it will drain out the rest of the water. the error code appeared only twice, however, the rest of the times the unit will just stop mid-cycle and there is water in the tub

How do I test for not defrosting issue? Diagnostic is hard to follow. Also, is there a job aid for this model? I’m having a hard time removing the freezer bin and the slide rails.

Ice maker not making ice, I replaced ice maker, ice maker fan and ice maker defrost limit, I can’t get the fan to run. the ice maker will fill with water but will not freeze. it will cycle but will not freeze so it dumps water. the ice evaporator is working not frosted up. I think it will work if the fan would run.

Drain was plugged but evaporator was completely frozen over.I de-iced but not sure if it’s the board or thermistor or ?

I open the rear of control panel and find valve but cannot detach elec. and hose due to location. Do I have to remove top or what ever???

I have been back 3-4 times now to unfreeze that drain tube. When costumer thaws whole fridge for a day every couple weeks the fridge starts to drain fine again for couple weeks and then issue returns. I installed kit exactly as instructions asked including disabling one of the temp defrost thermistors inside to make the defrost a standard 8 hours vs auto sensing defrost 8/12/16 defrost cycles. Issue still coming back, new heated drain pan over freezing and leaking out all over evap fan which gets disabled with ice.. its a pain in the rear job anything else i can try besides redoing the heated drain pan job?

THIS ICE CHUTE KEEPS FREEZING UP CAUSING THE UNIT NOT TO DISPENSE ICE.

Already replaced the temperature sensors but one thing we noticed was that oven was slightly warm without any use. Replaced the temperature sensors on both upper and lower oven but the customer called back saying it’s doing it again after like two months I’m starting to suspect it’s the control board?

I can’t figure out how to access the refrigerator evaporator, need a service manual.

Evaporator fans not running. Freezer fan will run intermittently. Both will run if test button is pressed once on the board. Is it a board problem or something else?

The refrigerator side is not keeping cool enough. The door just falls open and appears to have no suction. Normally on this unit the interior wall is warm but it is not warm on this one.

I have a Samsung refrigerator model RF266ABPN, it is not cooling (coolest it gets is around 50f), the freezer is working well.

In the video you have suggested part DA96-00516B Evaporator defrost system, when I clicked on the link to buy parts from the video it says part is discontinued and is out of stock.

What is the compatible part that I can buy to fix the problem – please let me know the part number and where to buy it.

I am trying to access the user interface behind the knob. I am not entirely sure that it is the main control. But the oven works with the keys but not knob. I was told it is a 90% chance it is the main control but I have no clue how to access the user interface at the top behind the knob. Please help

Thank you for helping me out with this issue. Apparently, the selector knob has stopped the ability to increase and decrease the digital numbers on the screen. The stove top works fine, and the buttons to select oven temp, clear settings, cook time etc (along both sides of the selector knob) work when pressed..however when i press the “oven temp” , “cook time” ,”timer” buttons the “0:00” or “0” digits appear on the screen but as i turn the knob (clock wise) to set the temp of time the digits do not move. I need your help..do you think its the mother board behind the selector knob? by-the-way..When I press the button “Oven Func” >then select Bake..then press “Oven Temp” and “0” appears on screen..even with a value of the “0” the oven will “click” on.
Please help..any assistance is greatly appreciate it!

Hello, I just want to say I have not idea how to work on a dish washer but there is not to much to them. that being said I have a dish washer that runs and finishes but has water sitting in the bottom. I took it apart and there is nothing in the pump. when I send it in the drain only I can hear the pump running. I also checked the tube going to the drain and its not plugged. what now bad pump?

This is an Microwave/ Oven combo this unit has power and all functions are working except for the microwave is not producing heat. The microwave has lights and the turntable motor turns as it should, we are not sure what is causing these issues now.

Temp in freezer ok. Fridge stays at 28 degrees when set where it should be. Freezing food.

I need a video on how to remove the dryer tub.

The water line part number AJR56656503 is cracked inside the back of the cabinet. It is part #616G on the diagram. I would like some help on how to replace it. thanks

I put this unit into forces defrost and the compressor shuts off but the heating element never turns on. Checked continuity on the heating element and the bi metal. Both are within spec. I replaced the jazz board and it still does the exact same thing. I’m not sure if I could have gotten another bad board that does the exact same thing or am I missing something. The unit does go into forced defrost and everything shuts down as it should.

There is a lot of ice building up in the Ice room section. This problem is occurring every few weeks or so that Ice will build up again and cause the Icemaker to stop working.

I bought one of your repair videos, but it did not include what the description said. I hope you can help me; my freezer is not producing ice.
