How to put in to test mode.
Part of the day it work.Then temperature rises and melts every things in the freezer.

For some reason the freezer is cooling fine and so is the CoolSelect door. But the Top Fridge is not getting below 41 and the control panel is ready off 35.

My dryer powers on/off via power button just fine. The knob selector also works appropriately. The start button does not always register being touched. Likewise, other “buttons” do not sense being touched (Temp, dry level, dry time, options, set, cancel). When the dryer does start, there is a lot of rapid beeping during the drying cycle. I cannot enter into diagnostic mode or perform a factory reset due to the lack of response to the key pad. I attempted to replace the UI board (part # 5304505611) but that did not resolve the problem. Last night, after managing to get the dryer started and run through a complete drying cycle, the unit restarted on a cycle without the unit being touched.

The range will randomly display error code e201
when not being used that happened twice over the last few days the oven works fine everything seems to be working fine but just getting that error when not even in use

Display is normal [ push button controls normal / icemaker working /ice bin doesn’t turn and dispense ice.

i’m trying to figure out what problem it may have, so it can be repaired.

Any solutions known to the tones or alarms described above?

Our Top Load Speed Queen leaves cloths too wet after completing it’s cycle.
It doesn’t seem to matter which cycle we wash on. It started as an occasional problem but now much more persistent.
There is no visible water in the tub when this happens. The cloths do get spun and no problem can be perceived as to noise while wash cycle is happening.
The cloths are simply too wet after cycle and sometimes dripping wet. I just completed a load of towels that were not dripping but will definitely need a longer time in the dryer.

I will call in a professional but if you can give me your best thoughts on a part that may be a solution i am inclined to try that first.

Randomly beeps “error L43 relay” when not being run. Checked both upper oven power relay and lower oven relay but no visible damage and the error doesn’t always come up only every couple hours a breaker reset fixes it temporarily. Would this be the lower oven relay? I need the diagnostic manual BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY an answer to which board it is?

Is this a power board issue? No LEDs work in the refrigerator or freezer and in the pantry. Also the pantry control interface doesn’t work. In the service mode the Fresh food and the freezer thermistor tests #1 and #2 will not show Pass or fail (01 or 02). The fresh food door switch test show that they are not working. ALL the harnesses are good and connected. The customer said this has been going on since Christmas.

Any help will be welcome.

“Freezer off, Fridge off” indicated on panel, No fan or compressor running

The icemaker was replaced on this unit however it is still not producing ice it only works when the test button is pressed

air temperature in the ice compartment is around -1°
confirmed on the board that the thermistor is reading correctly around -7

when the test button is pressed sufficient water does go inside the ice maker with the door open or closed

there are no cooling issues that are present with the machine at this time

I was looking for help on checking what other issues may cause this I am suspecting the main control board

Hello, we just started in the scratch and dent repair so we are a little new. the water does not go in the tray to make ice any thoughts?

Do you have a video, or service manual, on how to remove and install this hinged door?

How do I get the get the machine to go into Service diagnostics execution so that its runs all the test listed on the service Diagnostics chart?
I can get into service diagnostics mode and service test mode.
The washer doesnt seem to be filling with the proper amount of water for the load size.

Hello, I am working on a french door GE refrigerator that cannot hold consistent temps in the freezer. The proof of this is in the ice tray. My customer’s ice seems to melt together into one big ice block and then re-freeze its self. There is also a large amount of frost on the food inside of the freezer.

(Also GE will not appear in the brand section of the question format page so I selected Norge since it was the 1st thing to pop up)

So whatever cycle is selected the unit seems to start like normal, valve opens tub fills, it starts agitating, the timer starts counting down time but regardless if its a “Quick Wash” which starts with 30 mins on the clock, it will tick off 2 mins and hang at 28 while the cycle continues for about 5-7 mins – as well if the cycle is “Heavy Wash” which is 1 hour 15 mins, it will count down to 1 hour 13 and the time stays there and again the cycle continues agitating for about 5-7 mins. then in all cycles, agitation stops, machine pumps out, door unlocks and timer starts flashing. There are two short cycles – rinse and spin and drain and spin, both of these cycle run to completion. When it pumps out it seems like the pump cycles longer than normal, running then pausing over and over about a half a dozen times, then stops completely before it unlocks door and timer starts flashing.

I have this Whirlpool dishwasher that I replaced a broken heating element and once I replaced it I tested it under a diagnosis and LOAD test I was able to confirm that this heating element is working and heating however, when I use it in normal mode it does not heat as far as I understand that the error codes have to be cleared in order for the heating function to work again. I did try the service diagnosis by hitting three buttons 1-2-3 1-2-3 1-2-3 and going into that and getting into service diagnosis mode run and letting it complete Is there a step missing as far as clearing the error codes from this ?
If the error codes are not clearing does mean a faulty computer?

Is there a connection between these two problem’s. Tested the ice maker and it had cubes but they were wet as if the ice room temperature was not cold enough. The freezer was 15. THe refrigerator was 47.

Ingniter comes on and burner lights. Stays lit for about 5 seconds then I hear a click that sounds like it is coming from the thermal cut off on top of the Berber tube. Flame and igniter both then shut off. It runs for about a minute with nothing glowing then it repeats that process.

How do I go about changing the version in the diagnostic mode? Will need step by step instructions, the only thing that is not functioning is the pause capability during the normal cycles. The pause works during diagnostic mode but does not work in normal cycles. There are no error codes coming up. Samsung brand.
